Businiess name:  Watassa Management

Review content:
I have to disagree with the reviews below. Watassa is a small management company, but they really helped me out. I found them when looking for a flat right after mine was made unavailable by a massive fire. Watassa had other interested people, but they gave the unit they were going to put on the market to me. They also allowed me moving unit within the building. I could upgrade to a larger apartment with virtually no rent increase. I met Jim, but I actually dealt with Francis all this time. He is really a sweet and helpful guy. I think he is very professional. He wont just promise things he cannot do. He always told me: ""let's see what I can do for you"" and then persuaded Jim to do things for me. Maintenance has not always been as quick as I hoped, but Francis never ignored my follow ups. Having dealt with three management companies in the past 3 years, I think Watassa is the most human I have met so far.
