We were customers of CLM for about 7 years. A mix up in our automated billing with our bank caused our account to fall behind. We never received notice of suspension. When the error was found, I quickly sent payments in. We received bill that showed us as only owing $5 then another for $40 and got different answers from different CSRs. What was particularly annoying was our bank sent electronic transactions yet CLM takes 14 days yes, 14 days, to processes an electronic transaction. After getting everything cleared up, or so I thought, I was promised a pick up (after 3 weeks without trash pickup), well, the trash was not picked up as promised. When I called the same day, I was told that they cannot pick up the trash and would have to wait another week. Now, I know the trash trucks and their drivers have radios-I had them use it one time to find out what was going on-being a customer for 7 years was not good enough to get our trash picked up. Their ""customer service"" is customer no-service. So I fired them and we are using ADM Sanitation-which allows us to use our own trash cans. I should have known something was up with CLM, one time we had a lot of trash so we put our own trash can out with CLM's and they threw the can away! So I don't recommend CLM at all.
Pros: When they pick up trash, they are good
Cons: Any problems and the service falls apart
