I've had service with this company for about ten years. I've never had any problems. I called this week to get a new trash can (wheel broke off and axle bent) customer service was very kind and considerate and said they'll bring a new can on Saturday. The driver is very nice and has gone above and beyond on occasion. I'm a satisfied customer and will continue to use their service.
