Excellent establishment! The front desk staff is smart and capable, both in person and over the phone. My cat and I were immediately led into an exam room when a dog was brought into the waiting room, to keep my cat's stress to a minimum.\r

I met with Dr. Fowler and spoke on the phone with both Dr. Fowler and Dr. Bednarek. Dr. Bednarek called me to discuss my cat's lab results because Dr. Fowler wasn't on the schedule until the next day. And even though Dr. Fowler knew I had been tended to the day before, she still called me the next day anyway, to follow up and make sure I understood everything relayed to me by Dr. Bednarek. This was really great, personal service and care, which I am not used to from multi-vet practices.\r

There is a parking lot in the back, an office cat named Charlie, and really phenomenal people on staff--what's not to like? Well, the TV in the waiting room was way too loud, but that's my only complaint.\r

Oh, and they go over every cost with you before doing anything, showing you an itemized list and having you sign your approval of the estimated charges, so you know what you're getting into financially.
