THEY CLEARED THE SIDEWALKS DOWN TO THE PAVEMENT BUT NEVER ON THE DRIVEWAY WHERE IT WAS NEEDED MOST. MID SEASON THIS GUY LEFT A BIG PILE OF SNOW BLOCKING THE CITY WALK. I CALLED AND THEY DID COME AND MOVE IT, DROPPING THE PLOW ALL THE WAY DOWN AND TORE UP THE LAWN. THROUGH THE REST OF THE SEASON THEY COULDN'T MANAGE TO PLOW THE DRIVEWAY ONLY, ALWAYS ON THE LAWN AND NEVER CLEARING IT TO THE PAVEMENT. AS TIME WENT ON THE SNOW PACK ACCUMULATED. WHEN THE SUNS ANGLE BEGAN TO CHANGE IT WOULD MELT A LITTLE DURING THE DAY AND THEN FREEZE AT NIGHT MAKING IT A SKATING RINK. WITH THE TRUCK IN 4X4 I HAD PROBLEMS GETTING UP THE SLOPE.\r
I SPENT HOURS CHISELING THE PACK OFF.\r
MORE SNOW CAME, THEY LEFT SNOW PACK AGAIN AND ANOTHER PILE BLOCKING THE CITY WALK. CALLED AGAIN TELLING HER THEY'RE TEARING UP MY LAWN, THEY DON'T CLEAR THE DRIVEWAY DOWN TO THE PAVEMENT, THERE ARE SPRINKLER HEADS ALONG THE DRIVEWAY THAT I DON'T WANT DAMAGED, AND LEFT ANOTHER PILE BLOCKING THE CITY WALK.\r
SHE SAID, ""YOUR CALLING HERE TO COMPLAIN! DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, IT'LL MELT, WE'LL FIX THE LAWN."" ENDED THE CALL BEFORE I LOST MY COOL.\r
LATER SENT AN EMAIL STATING DO NOT COME ANY MORE THIS SEASON... IT'LL MELT!\r
IT SNOWED THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SHOWED UP AGAIN, PLOWING FURTHER INTO THE LAWN AND LEFT ANOTHER PILE BLOCKING THE CITY WALK.\r
THEY DID ADD TOP SOIL AND SEED WHERE THE LAWN WAS MUD. MORE OF MY TIME WAS NEEDED TO ADD MORE TOP SOIL/SEED WHERE IT WAS RUTTED BUT THE GRASS WASN'T DAMAGED AND KEEPING THE SEED MOIST.\r
A PLUS, THE SPRINKLER HEADS WEREN'T DAMAGED.\r

IT WAS AN EARLY SPRING. I MOWED 3X WHEN NOBODY WAS SHOWING UP. THOUGHT THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T START UNTIL MAY.\r
APPARENTLY, THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING, SO THEY SAY. SHE CLAIMED THEY TOLD THE SUBCONTRACTOR TO MOW AND HE SAID THEY DID NOT. I HAD TO SETTLE FOR THEM SQUEEZING ME IN ON MON OR TUES BECAUSE HE WAS ALREADY BOOKED FOR THURS OR FRI.\r
MARCH 2013 I REQUESTED MOWING FOR THURS OR FRI AGAIN. GOT AN EMAIL REPLY FROM RYAN THAT I WILL BE PUT ON THE SCHEDULE. MID MAY, STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I MOWED IT ON SUNDAY BEFORE MORE RAIN CAME. THE NEXT WED I NOTICED TRACTOR MARKS IN THE LAWN. THEY MOWED A YARD THAT DIDN'T NEED MOWING.\r
CALLED THEM STATING SOMEONE WAS HERE ON TUES AND MOWED A LAWN THAT DIDN'T NEED MOWING. RYAN SENT AN EMAIL STATING I WOULD BE PUT ON SCHEDULE FOR THURS OR FRI MOWING. I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM SINCE. SHE SAID, “YOU WANT A SERVICE AGREEMENT? I RELIED, “OF COARSE I NEED A SERVICE AGREEMENT.” SHE CONTINUED, “WE ONLY DO ST. PAUL ON MON OR TUES. IF YOU WANT US TO COME ON THURS OR FRI IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $30 FOR FUEL CHARGES."" TOLD HER I'LL DO IT MYSELF.” SHE BEGAN LAUGHING. I HUNG UP.\r
