I called Jackie and told her what I was looking to do and she told me she might have the answer... ...and indeed she did. TJ put in a great deal of time and effort and achieved what i could not over the past two an a half months... and did so in just a couple of days. The transaction was smooth, straightforward, and quite pleasant. Thanks to their efforts, a huge load was removed from my shoulders and of my mind as well.
