We brought our 2003 ML 350 in today (without an appointment)and your dealership responded thoughtfully, and truly professionally. Hat's off to the Service Advisor Rod Carry. He greeted us from beginning to end. When we arrived almost 8 hours later he came out to see us off. Thank you! We will be back...
