3/11/11 Bought a new accord 2 weeks ago. Jimmy Bui and Zach were my sales consultants. They were very friendly and there was no high pressure at all. I can say I was very satisfied with the whole sales experience. All questions were properly and quickly answered. When I showed up to sign papers and take possession of the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised when they said they are giving me an additional $250. discount. That is the kind surprise I like! more

Recent Purchase 3/10/2011

I purchased a used CR-V from Jesse Rimpila on 2/14/11. Jesse has been great to work with and has the right approach and demeanor to be an excellent sales person. Your service department leaves a bit to be desired. They had not replaced the battery, but did and it still starts poorly even in 40 degree weather. I took it in and they found nothing wrong. Now I am smelling an odor caused by a right front break shoe. That is after fullfilling my request for new rear breaks. Why a dealership would sell a vehicle with poor breaks is beyond me - think of the safety factor. They also put new windshield wipers on the vehicle which are so poor, they need to be replaced. All in all, I do like my vehicle and would go back to Walser Honda and ask for Jesse. more

Used Malibu 3/8/2011

I bought a used 2010 Chevrolet Malibu from Walser Honda in Burnsville last month. The sales reps was Jesse Rimpila. I enjoyed my purchasing experience there because the price you paid was listed on the car and they were very fair with my trade in based on Kelly Blue Book. You know exactly what you are paying for with no hassles. I would recommend this dealership and especially Jesse to anyone. more

Can't say thank you enough for the great experience we had working with Roger Malley in your used car department. It was a busy Saturday so rather then make us wait for a sales person to become available Roger took us through the process personally. We immediately knew we would buy our vehicle from him, from the time we entered the dealership until the time we walked out the door was less than 2 hours! Thanks for letting us enjoy our weekend instead of sitting at the car dealership all day. Oh and we love our Odyssey! more

Incredible Service Department 3/5/2011

Walser Honda treated me tremendously well when I recently sought service for immediate car repairs! They worked on my behalf to have issues covered under warranty and recommended additional part replacements at my expense to reduce later labor costs and improve the overall reliabiliability of my vehicle. I have been delighted with my experience. more

Marshall Berg - Used Cars 3/3/2011

Best Sales experience ever had. Was able to be constantly in communication with Marshall via Text Messaging because of a busy day at work. Marshall got everything taken care off by the time i was able to stop by the dealership. I signed the paperwork and drove off. Never had an experience like this one! Great Staff 2/16/2011

I bought my 2006 Honda Accord from Walser about 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience. The sales staff was very helpful (Bill and Joe) and not pushy at all which was what I was looking for. I didnt once feel pressured to buy anything I didnt feel I needed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. more

Great Deal and Customer Service on Honda Civic 2/1/2011

Bill Shultheis provided me great information about the Honda Civic that I was interested in purchasing. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, low key, and no pressure whatsoever. After I purchased the vehicle and drove it a few days, I noticed a couple minor items that needed to get fixed. Bill helped me get hooked up with the service department who took care of the deficiencies for no cost out of my pocket. I highly recommend Bill, the used car team, and Walser Honda's service department! more

Honda Service review 8/21/2010

I have been having Honda's serviced here since before Walser bought the dealership (it used to be Burnsville Honda). I was generally happy with Burnsville Honda but have been even happier with Walser. The work has always been done on time and for the estimated price. I want to commend one person in particular. Mike Newton, a service advisor I have had several times. Mike is outstanding. He clearly communicates what the problems are and how severe they are and what the options are for fixing them. He is excellent about following up and has recommended used or salvaged parts when that can be significantly cheaper. I am happy with Walser's service overall but am even more impressed with MIke. He is outstanding. The one problem I have had with Walser is that the online service history for my van was lost when Walser bought Burnsville Honda. more

Walser Honda 8/6/2010

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot from Walser Honda of Burnsville. I had checked out vehicles on Craigslist and on Walsers website and found that Walser had the best prices. My reason for having to purchase a new vehicle was due to an accident and I was dreading dealing with having to shop for a new car but let me tell you Bill Shultheis, Larry Flaa and Neng Lee made that experience a pleasure. I will return if i am ever in need of a vehicle and I will definitly recommend them to my friends and family. more
