Review content:
I purchased a used CR-V from Jesse Rimpila on 2/14/11. Jesse has been great to work with and has the right approach and demeanor to be an excellent sales person. Your service department leaves a bit to be desired. They had not replaced the battery, but did and it still starts poorly even in 40 degree weather. I took it in and they found nothing wrong. Now I am smelling an odor caused by a right front break shoe. That is after fullfilling my request for new rear breaks. Why a dealership would sell a vehicle with poor breaks is beyond me - think of the safety factor. They also put new windshield wipers on the vehicle which are so poor, they need to be replaced. All in all, I do like my vehicle and would go back to Walser Honda and ask for Jesse.
