We had our dog groomed at Wagville all last year?during 2008. The tall blond groomer (Tad?) was GREAT, and Wagville even won an award from City Search for best of grooming in 2008, for this groomer's impressive work. That blond guy was really an incredible groomer! HIs grooming left the dogs incredibly soft and his haircuts were show quality. BUT, those days are gone! Like most staff members, that great groomer is now gone, and his replacement does NOT do the great job that tall blond guy did (how we long for our dog to be soft and well clipped again!) Hummpfff! Groomers, reception staff?NO ONE stays working for long at Wagville? What is going on with that? We aren't going back to Wagville?something is wrong there...! Hola, I finally found a dog day care center that makes me feel at ease " Wagville" "Yes' I have been searching for a dog day care for my cockerspaniel , It's been a rough experience 1- rude staff they really don't care for the animals 2 - no toys for the dogs to play with 3 - dogs are kept inside all day they seem so lonely , breaks my heart . The staff at Wagville are very attentive you could feel the love they have for all the dogs in there care .my wife & cinnamon met Ms Jullie today . she's as happy as I am we finally found day care who loves my baby as much as we do . more

I still can't believe that the wagville groomer, Todd, can do such a good job with my poms. They are truly beasts! I do love 'em, but they scream when I touch them with the brush! Todd sends them home smelling better than my laundry, and they're silky, and free of all the dead hair. He trims their thick, thick rear ends just perfectly! The last groomer, who only worked nights, was very good too. Class outfit, the girls up at the front are so sweet, and I appreciate the selection of toys with non-toxic dye. more

Our dog and us really enjoy Wagville. He needs to start going there for daycare, right now just goes for grooming and to get his fancy frozen foods. I was surprised at the negative review about the grooming but then the reviewer used foul language, so I guess they are just like that. The groomer is a big tall guy that does stutter, but he sure listens to us! Our terrier has never looked better and that groomer always does just what we want, and we change it sometimes, so I mean that. Of course we don't use foul language, so maybe that makes the difference! Groomers service is very good, sometimes he calls us personally rather than just the receptionist. Terrier clipping is beautiful. He got us hooked too on the raw frozen food which has really helped with the itchy skin and endless scratching the dog goes through. more

I don't usually write reviews but I took a really great training class with my Maltese here. The instructor went above and beyond--she was always available even outside of the class to help me with questions, and my pup's leash aggression problems are now a thing of the past. I even started taking her to daycare and I'm addicted to the webcam...every time I look at it someone is snuggling a dog or cleaning the floor, and I can almost always find my baby. If I can't I can call and they'll call her out to the middle of the floor so I can make sure she's ok. Everyone I've met there has been great, I would really highly recommend this place. Wagville took great care of our dog while we were away on vacation for 2 weeks. Our dog is not very social with other dogs or people and was very shy for her first few days at Wagville. The staff there took special note of this and gave her that extra TLC and attention she needed. She soon came out of her shell and started playing with some of the dogs and warming up to the people. When she developed a rash on her paw, they not only recognized the problem, they also called our vet, got the medicine and applied it 3 times-a-day 'til the rash was gone. In addition to the amazing staff there, another great feature of Wagville is their webcam. Whenever we missed our dog (roughly 20 or more times a day for 2 weeks) and had internet access, we could log on and see her. It was a huge relief to actually see her having a good time and being so well taken care of. This was our first time using Wagville and I would definitely trust them to take care of our pup on future vacations. I setup an appointment the day before. All was well, until about an hour before I received a huffy puffy message from the hair cutter saying "You requested a summer cut...that is not really specific I am going to shave his coat 1/8 length off if that it not what you want you need to call me back asap"....sorry...at least wait until I get in the door to give me attitude. Pros: The reviews below Cons: The person who makes the appointments is cool, but the groomer's customer service stinks more

they truly love dogs and have a great facility. no cages, lots of room, lots of staff that are genuinely nice. Pros: dog grooming and gentle teeth cleaning, great staff, reasonable rates Cons: be prepared to call them several times as if they are working with the dogs, it will go to voicemail more

Wagville gives me peace of mind. I have been impressed with the staff at Wagville from the first visit with my dog for daycare, the staff there know her by name and share details of her day with me when i pick her up. I have just had to leave her for boarding for what feels an eternity for me but thanks to the webcam and my calls being handled by Kim so kindly I have been able to check up on my dog via the webcam or thru calls to see how she is doing.... this is so helpful since I really like to know how she is doing. the staff are really attentive with the dogs and so on top of cleaning up after them. Wagville staff are very hard working and attentive, I cant thank them enough for all of their dedication to both pets and owners ! This place was recommended by a friend and I have learned that I know a few people who use and love Wagville for their dog care needs... what a great confirmation, people that I know who know Wagville all have great things to say. Dogs deserve to be cared so attentively and in an enviornment that is so dog friendly. I love these guys! Been taking my Husky Orson to Wagville for 2 years now, and he always comes back tired and happy! Never had any problems there, the prices are a steal, and the staff is friendly and obviously loves the dogs. I've met the owner and she's a real dog person (has four dogs of her own!) and really loves the animals above and beyond everything else. She knows all of the dogs' names and really seems to care intimately about each and every one.\r \r Reading through the negative reviews on here... I just feel bad for what is obviously some kind of sabotage. Notice how they're all by users with only one review on all of insiderpages, and how a bunch of them even mention some kind of personal vendetta against the owner? Smacks of a bitter ex-employee on some lame internet campaign to me. Insiderpages should really police this kind of thing-- there are ways to check for the same IP address. more

I was taking a trip and needed to board my dog at the last minute. She usually stays with my parents but they were leaving out of town too and my dog's previous stays at a pet hospital/kennel proved traumatic. Just before I was about to cancel my trip, I found Wagville online and secured an "interview" appointment for the same day with the owner, Julie. She spent nearly an hour with us connecting with my dog, Frida. Julie took her in to meet the other dogs in the small dog area and assessed her behavior carefully to ensure that she would be comfortable for a long weekend at Wagville. I won't lie - Frida is a Princess Puppy and pretty high maintenance (totally my fault) so I was worried that she might be rejected. Nonetheless, Julie agreed to board my dog and I dropped her off the next day. I called everyday to check on her and the staff was honest and caring. The first day was a little tough and Frida whined a lot but then she made friends and enjoyed the rest of her stay. I w more

I've known Wagville from the day they opened. The owner Julie is great and they manage the staff well. The dogs seem happy and the place is clean. If there is a problem bring it to their attention and they do their best to resolve it. I have referred several people here - great place for boarding and daycare. more

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Wagville for well over a year now. They have been there for both boarding and daycare. All 3 dogs absolutely love it. I know that when I leave them there (and I have left them there for weeks at a time) they will be happy and healthy. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I never fear leaving them in the care of Julie and her staff because I know that they love my dogs just as much as I do and are doing their absolute best to keep them happy in a totally safe environment. Wagville is awesome. I recommend it to anyone who loves their dogs. more

We love this place for our lab! Everyone is so friendly and courteous and attentive to all of our needs. Our dog is "dog tired" after a day of playing around. Love the fact that they have a webcam with live feed so you can always keep an eye on your baby during their stay. The staff is super friendly and loving to the pets. I have had my dog 7 years and have lived in three different cities so I am very familiar with dog walking/sitting/boarding facilities. I have never experienced an operation like Wagville. They provide amazingly personal service, including knowing each dog's name, what they enjoy doing, what other dogs they play with, etc. I was amazed to learn that they actually keep track of this for every dog! I experienced their personal service first hand. On the way to the airport I dropped off my dog for his first boarding experience. In the waiting room while dropping him off I realized that he had an ear infection and needed to see a vet. Wagville transported him to the vets office, had him checked and brought him back (for only $26!) so I could catch my flight. Amazing. Pros: quality of care, caring attendants, good prices more

With only one days notice, Julie the owner of Wagville, accommodated us so that we could bring the dogs to be "interviewed" to see if they would be a good fit for Wagville. Safety was clearly a priority for the staff. They passed their interview and we dropped them off the next morning for 4 days. Over the 4 days, we, on several occasions checked the WebCam to see how they were doing and were able to see our pups playing and being cuddled and pet EVERYTIME WE CHECKED. we just checked at random and clearly they provide excellent care at Wagville. When we picked them up, one of our dogs looked like he didn't want to leave! He jumped in the car and then tried to jump back out when Julie came to give him a hug and tell them that she will miss them...the staff knew their names and called them by them always. Our pup ran to the back of the car to lick her and got all excited when she reached to say goodbye. Clearly they were comfortable and loved the staff. I will ALWAYS bring them there...they have a great sliding scale for multiple dogs which really helps with the $$$. ****there was a comment posted by someone with very non-specific info indicating their dog became ill, and their "neighbors" dog was BIT AND DIED LATER. This is absolutely insane and i have requested this be removed. Anyone looking for boarding - who has seen this facility - and met the staff...will see for themselves...this comment was clearly posted by a competitor or someone who was just angry. IF YOU ARE GOING TO POST THINGS THAT ARE THAT SERIOUS IN THEIR ACCUSATIONS - HAVE THE DECENCY TO POST YOUR INFORMATION SO THAT PEOPLE CAN INQUIRE TO YOU ON HOW YOU CAME TO THOSE CONCLUSIONS. Good staff, nice and clean facility. I'm suspicious of the review that said a small puppy died there, as a result of being attacked by a big dog. No way. First off, it's some weird second hand information. Second, they don't really have "small" puppies in with the big dogs, which is one of the nice things about the facility. They seperate out small dogs from big dogs. The owner is very careful about doing dog evaluations. My dog has gone there plenty of times, (his favorite buddy is a little staffie), and has never come home sick - rather, he has always been happy and contented. more
