Any chance of having a drive-thru drop off? My Dex loves it here. Everyone at Wagville work really hard and show some awesome love and caring and kindness for their furry clients. I totally recommend this company if you want to give your pet some extra love. more

Very friendly staff who are always glad to see my dog. Julie has been a wonderful trainer to my dog and I have always had good experiences at Wagville. I have been taking my pets here for 6 years and will continue to do so. more

I love the quality of service here at Wagville. My dog Jenkins, takes the shuttle bus and they have doggie seat belts and no cages. He takes obedience classes but I also take advantage of the grooming and on special days the doggie massage (really). It really is a great and optimal experience for my favorite friend. Wagville is so great. Julie and all the staff took such great care of Lucia last weekend while we were out of town. We were very nervous leaving her for the first time but she clearly had a blast and then came home and slept!!! the team here are so kind to the animals and wish there were more people out there like them. I've found Lucia a home away from home and vacation spot. more

They are the friendliest people i have met. They love dogs and love their job. Johnny and Tyler have helped me out of situations when i thought i had no other choice. They watch my dog when i am away, walk my dog every day, and have actually become friends through the process. They are wonderful! And anyone would be lucky to have their pet taken care of by them. more

I generally groom my dog at home, but every once in a while I like to take him out for a professional cut. I've taken him to Wagville a handful of times over the past year, always with great results. It's easy to book appointments (they even take walk-ins for nail trimming), the staff is friendly and helpful, and my dog comes out looking happy and handsome. Plus, it's super affordable for the quality of service. more

My french bulldog Frank died here at 11 months old 4 days before his 1rst birthday. He was my emotional support dog I purchased because I deal with chronic pain, to improve my quality of life. He did so much for me until the day I brought him to wagville for 4 days of boarding. It was the first time he had been boarded and he died within 2 hours of him being there. This is a dog who was used to playing 24 hours with his sisters and other dogs, frequented Silver Lake dog park weekly and went with me everywhere. A fun healthy animal. He normally stayed with my sister whom also has a frenchie and they would play all day. There are NO vets on staff nor any protocol on what to do in an emergency. They called ME out of all people, and I drove there as soon as I could. Why he was not brought to the emergency vet immediately is beyond my comprehension especially when there is one right around the corner. I forced them to bring the dog to the vet anyway. He was pronounced DOA. The red head morning manager even admitted to me she did wrong by not bringing my dog there immediately. They have zero protocol for emergency situations. The tour of the facility impressed me until I brought home my dog in ashes today... more
