I was taking a trip and needed to board my dog at the last minute. She usually stays with my parents but they were leaving out of town too and my dog's previous stays at a pet hospital/kennel proved traumatic. Just before I was about to cancel my trip, I found Wagville online and secured an "interview" appointment for the same day with the owner, Julie. She spent nearly an hour with us connecting with my dog, Frida. Julie took her in to meet the other dogs in the small dog area and assessed her behavior carefully to ensure that she would be comfortable for a long weekend at Wagville. I won't lie - Frida is a Princess Puppy and pretty high maintenance (totally my fault) so I was worried that she might be rejected. Nonetheless, Julie agreed to board my dog and I dropped her off the next day. I called everyday to check on her and the staff was honest and caring.
