Overcharged me 10/19/2011

Overcharged me for a simple service call to change out a circulation pump on my boiler. They arrived over 10 minutes early and charged me for that, plus hit me with an $80 service call fee on top of the labor charge, which is high to begin with. I called to discuss, and the customer service lady got all testy with me. The work performed was fine and the guys that came out were good guys, but I don't expect to pay $340 to have a pump changed out. BEWARE OF GETTING OVERCHARGED. more

Terrible Company 8/17/2011

The guys that installed the water heater were a little rough around the edges, with swearing up and down. Thank God I did not have my little daughter around. The did not clean up at all, and brought the outside mud all inside my house. They also messed up the billing and they charged me more than I had authorized them to. more

Very happy 4/15/2010

I was very impressed with the service. When Rich could not fix my sink in the morning, he suggested that I buy a new faucet -- and then came back in the pm and installed it. without charging me for another visit. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I would definitely recommend WB Dickenson to others. more

We've called them twice on emergency basis. Efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and get the job done. Price is comparable to others in the area. Nobody wants to pay emergency rates, but it goes with the territory. more

Great place to buy a boiler 11/7/2005

We hired W.B. Dickenson to replace our boiler in 2004. They had the best price of anyone around plus they had a very skilled staff. They were able to get the job done very quickly. They also took away our old boiler, which most other companies would not do. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. more
