Overcharged me for a simple service call to change out a circulation pump on my boiler. They arrived over 10 minutes early and charged me for that, plus hit me with an $80 service call fee on top of the labor charge, which is high to begin with. I called to discuss, and the customer service lady got all testy with me. The work performed was fine and the guys that came out were good guys, but I don't expect to pay $340 to have a pump changed out. BEWARE OF GETTING OVERCHARGED.
