I think Vrooman's Automotive is perfect. They're best. I've been dealing with them for many years. They take excellent care of me and are very helpful. They repair my old car, a 1983 Mercedes. They keep my car in perfect shape and always recommend what should be done and wait for my approval before acting on anything. more

Mike has a great work ethic and takes the time to troubleshoot things 9/10/2013

I've been with Vrooman's Automotive for about thirteen years now. I have a 1995 car and it's got four hundred thousand miles as a result of Mike taking care of it. It saved me from buying another car and it runs like a champ. He gives a lot of recommendations but works with me about what needs to be done with the car. He gives you a lot of info to make your own decisions. more

Excellent! 8/12/2013

Vrooman's Automotive just put a new gear box in for me. They also just did an air conditioner for me and they always do my oil changes. I just take it to Mike and tell him to call me with the problem. He calls me, tells me the problem, and I kind of know what I figure it will be in cost. I check with other dealers and stuff and he's always right there. I've been going to them for fifteen years, maybe longer. I trust him. I've sent my father-in-law to him; I've sent my neighbors and people at work to him. There's nothing to say bad about it. He's trustworthy and if he can't do the problem, he will call you and tell you to take it to the dealer. That's hard to find, especially in mechanics. more

Integrity 7/12/2013

I've been a customer of Vrooman's Automotive for over 20 years. They did all the maintenance on my car. They're rebuilt my engine and done all my repairs. I know them and I trust them. I've had no complaints nor question their integrity. I would recommend them because they are a small company. I feel that I can trust them and they do have integrity. I have recommended them to others. more

A rare find 8/6/2011

We've been bringing our Mercedes vehicles, starting with a 300E, to Mike for nearly 20 years now and have been extremely happy with the service, advice (including options, suggestions, and prioritization) and workmanship since day one. Mike and Chris are very knowledgable and stand by their work. I've even brought my Cobra replica (has BMW suspension) to Mike if it has a problem that I can not fix. And I can fix most of them. Not cheap by any means, but I've always felt that I've paid a fair price for an excellent product. more

I was referred to Vrooman's by a co-worker after receiving a ridiculous repair estimate from a local shop. From your initial call you'll get a feel of how not only knowledgeable Mike is but how he genuinely wants to repair your car for what it costs and nothing more. If you looking for an honest experienced technician with wonderful customer service this is the place..The service I received surpassed any and all expectations. you can't go wrong with vroomans! family owned with family values! more

Go to Vroomans, I recommend it! 3/28/2011

I've took my X5 to get an oil change and service inspection. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly he made me feel comfortable. The prices were good compared to the BMW Dealership, he uses original parts and he gives you a warranty. They work fast and clean, I would have to say my overall experience at vroomans was excellent. I have recommended Vroomans to my friends who drive Bimmers, they have competitive pricing and they do a great job! more

On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a 6. They were just amazing! 3/18/2011

To make a long story short, I had been taking my car to another shop and it would take them a week at least to do the work. When I took my car to Vrooman's, it was there two days, and they fixed it right the first time. I was highly impressed. They know what they're doing. They came highly recommended to me, and now I see why! The shop is clean, the work is professionally done, and they all know what they're doing. more

The kind and hospitable treatment that the mechanics and office workers of this company makes me come back to them for whatever maintenance repair that my cars need. Thank you! more

Vrooman's Automotive is a very good automotive mechanic shop that worked on my Mercedes-Benz. The work implemented on my Mercedis-Benz was assessed (via photos) and discussed in great detail. The mechanic shop is family owned and take great pride in their quality service. more

Vrooman's Automotive is a great family business with high marks in professionalism. It's a rare find these days. You get the help you need and you never feel pressured to make unnecessary repairs. The prices are fair and the quality of service is high. I've been looking for an alternative to my dealer for quite some time-- I think I've found my mechanic. more

I have a 13 year old Mercedes Benz and I know nothing about car. If it's not for Vrooman's Automotive I don't think I can afford to keep this car. I have been a customer for years now and will not hesitate to recommend Vrooman's Automotive to anyone. more
