You Can Trust Vroomans with your car 2/9/2011

I first went to Vrooman's because I was tired of waiting all day to have my older model Mercedes serviced by the dealer. The dealer was always rude, never had the car ready on time and it was quite honestly a pain. I found the atmosphere at Vroomans ideal, I like seeing him and his family working together, he takes time to explain what he did to the car, what items can probably wait,and is very fair with his prices. Awesome business will have my business for years to come. more

Better value than the dealership 2/7/2011

We have been taking our Mercedes to Vroomans for at least 5 years now. They are a better value than the dealership and we will continue to use them. more

Always a fantastic experience 1/28/2011

I've been going to Vrooman's for a number of years now. I was living in Buena Park and was looking for a great reliable and most importantly, honest mechanic. My father did the research and introduced me to Vrooman's Automotive. I've gone through 2 BMWs already and now I live in West Hollywood and continue to drive down to Artesia to get my car serviced. I know Mike will always be honest with me from what my car needs to how long the wait will be. I have full trust in him and his staff and know my car will be taken care of. I take no chances because I drive so much. Often times from LA to OC. I always feel confident when I drive out of their garage. I refer all my friends to Vrooman's Automotive! Can't say enough great things about them! more

I have been a longtime customer of Vrooman's Automotive for over ten years. I am very happy with their work and service. I have three cars that I take to them for service: two BMWs and a Mercedes. They are always very helpful at Vrooman's. Vrooman's Automotive takes care of my husband's and children's cars and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. They are very helpful with locating old parts, such as a motor for the seat that was out in our BMW. They also jazzed up the inside of our cars with chrome detail pieces in addition to the regular maintenance work. Mike has been very helpful and honest. more

Honest and Reliable!!! 1/27/2011

I visited month ago to get 100k service and few repairs. Mr. Vrooman showed me several spots to be repaired and advised priority and estimates which was very reasonable. After the service, he showed me pictures that he repaired and fixed. I was so impressed for his professionalism and honesty. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a honest and reliable technician. more

I love Vrooman's Automotive,being a woman its hard to trust someone to take care of your car. I personally own a BMW and when my warranty expired at the dealer it was hard to look for someone who wouldn't take advantage of my pocket.My father recommended them to me and so far Vrooman's always give me an update of my car. They treat my car as if it were one of their own. Thanks Vrooman's. more
