Absolutely the best service available!! 2/24/2011

As you can tell, I believe this sevice to be the absolute best I've ever been to. Mike will do a thorough job whatever is wrong with the auto. Whatever he tells me is a problem I believe him 100. I think it's rare to be able to trust someone like that, but I do trust Mike explicitly. I can't imagine going to anyone else for service for my two cars. more

I've been going to Vrooman's Automotive for 6+ years now and will continue to take my car. I have referred two other people and I always recommend Vrooman's to everyone I come across. Mike takes the time to explain everything to you to make sure you fully understand what is going on with your car. more

Mike stands by his work and I like that. 2/22/2011

Vrooman takes the time to educate you about the problem that he finds with your car. He also stands by his work. The best part that I like, he is honest. By being a woman, I trust his work. I don't feel that he fix one part and charge me and then I am back in his shop again. I have recommended him to my friends. more

A friend recommended Vroomans automotive when I needed to have my vehicle maintenanced. Not only they are fast and efficient, everyone is very friendly. I like the "family-run by" feel. Prices are reasonable in comparison with other shops. Thanks alot Mike! more

Excellent service; excellent value 2/20/2011

I have been taking my S430 to Mike for the last three years. I am totally satisfied with the personalized attention and honesty given to me. I highly recommend Vrooman's to anyone; you cannot beat the prices, they will be much less than the dealer. What I especially like is the honesty; Mike will tell you if you need to get the repair immediately or whether you can put if off to a later time, unlike most dealer mechanics who seem to try to get you to spend as much as possible more

My First CAR (BMW) 2/16/2011

I was referred to VROOMANS by my mother who takes her Mercedes there for service. I recently purchased my first car (BMW. Mike said to bring it in before purchasing. I brought it in and Mike told me what we would be needing in the future and he gave me the prognosis and based on that I purchased the car with a negotiated price. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable, honest and very trustworthy. Good clean technicians, beats dealer prices. more

I can't even remember how I discovered Mike & his business but I'm so glad I did! He is so very knowledgable about all vehicle issues, very helpful in explaining every option necessary to consider when dealing with our vehicle repairs, and has always been honest and fair in all of our dealings with him. Both of our vehicles are Mercedes and we fully trust Mike with all of our repair issues. We also rely on his advice and input on any other car question we may have. We recommend his business to anyone and everyone! more

Doesn't get any better 2/13/2011

I came to Vrooman after my warranty expired (which is of course when stuff starts to malfunction). Fortunately, in my case, my issues were more maintenance than anything else. Mike has an excellent reputation in the auto repair industry and specifically in the Mercedes Benz brand. His prices are honest (unlike the dealer) and his work is guaranteed and impeccable. The work is always done on time (so much so that I am usually not even ready to pick up my car) and he takes the time to explain not only what was done, but what I could look out for in the future. I have two Mercedes Benzes and I trust them both completely to Vrooman Automotive more
