Worst

I've usually received great service at Voss, but not this time. Santa Fe wasn't checked out well and had issues that had to be corrected in Florida as we traveled there.

Rapid emergency response 8/10/2014

I called my dealership as I awaited AAA when my key wouldn't work in the ignition. The advisor told me his schedule was full, but he would do the best he could. Since I was in the system, he took my permission to work on the car so I didn't have to find transportation from my town to the dealership on short notice. He kept me informed by phone because he had had to diagnose the problem from my description when he gave me the estimate. I really appreciated the extra care and attention. I am enjoying driving my wonderful Sonata, again. more

Service manage 6/14/2014

My wife has a 2004 Sonata and has had her car serviced at Voss since purchase and has been very pleased with the way the service manage has dealt with her needs. I purchased a 2012 Velsoter from another dealership and have had my service performer there. We a moving south of Dayton and Voss Hyundai is much closer to our new home. She recommoned that I try Voss. The Service Manage Mark is Great. more
