I called my dealership as I awaited AAA when my key wouldn't work in the ignition. The advisor told me his schedule was full, but he would do the best he could. Since I was in the system, he took my permission to work on the car so I didn't have to find transportation from my town to the dealership on short notice. He kept me informed by phone because he had had to diagnose the problem from my description when he gave me the estimate. I really appreciated the extra care and attention. I am enjoying driving my wonderful Sonata, again.
