Worst

I've usually received great service at Voss, but not this time. Santa Fe wasn't checked out well and had issues that had to be corrected in Florida as we traveled there.

Excellent Service 12/22/2014

Except for the fact that they are closed on weekends, Voss Hyundai is a great place for both sales & service. I have been a customer for a few years and never experienced any negative issues with them. They are prompt, courteous, friendly and above all, very customer oriented. more

Great service, less expensive than other dealerships 12/16/2014

I bought my Hyundai before moving to the Cincinnati/Dayton area. My oil changes at my old dealership were literally twice the price of Voss for the same service. I was in and out of my oil change in 30 minutes yesterday AND they washed my car! I will buy my next car from Voss if this is how they treat their customers. more

Friendly, helpful & effective 10/23/2014

This was my first time having my car serviced at Voss, having switched from my previous Hyundai dealership. I found the friendliness and attention of the service staff refreshing. The work was extensive and required about six hours to complete. Even though my service manager offered me a vehicle to use, I chose to stay because the waiting room was so comfortable. I completed several computer projects. The staff kept me informed of the repair progress all along the way. more

Great Service Team 10/9/2014

I am always impressed how this service team works together. Whether I make an appointment with Mike or Mark is immaterial. They both greet me warmly and take care of me promptly when I arrive. They work together as a team very well. I always leave feeling very good about the experience. more
