Editorial review from Citysearch 6/11/2013

They were great! Fast service, free car wash, and great snacks while waiting. They serviced my 2011 Toyota Corolla and helped me with some questions I had on the title. This location did an excellent job with they attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend them. more

Toyota Of Kirkland 3/17/2012

Kenny was absolutely excellent with this sale. He stayed focused on me as a customer and my needs until the deal was completed. Also, he assisted me with after-market entertainment options that I was able to get installed the same day. I will tell others who are in the market for a new car about Kirkland Toyota, and about Kenny. Also Kenny helped me with replacement of a roof rail part. Kenny is an excellent salesman for your company. Working with Tony Pho (GSM), to walking through to find the best vehicle for me and my family’s needs, to agreeing on trade-in value, to price of new vehicle; finally finishing in finance with Alina Gevorkian. This is being said by a guy that buys cars on a very regular basis. Thank you to all and keep up the excellent work. more

Excellent Customer Service! 10/17/2011

I have been a customer of Toyota of Kirkland for many years more

A+ Dealership. 8/8/2011

For overall discomfort, they say that people rate going to buy a car second only to going to visit the dentist. Not at all the case with Toyota of Kirkland. From my initial call to Tony Pho (GSM), to walking through the deal with Roger Carr, to finishing in finance with the lovely Alina Gevorkian this was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made. This being said by a guy that sold cars many years ago. Thank you to all and keep up the amazing work!!! more

Great buy experience 8/3/2011

Kenny was absolutely on par with this sale. He stayed late, and by that I mean after closing to make this deal happen. We received several following on calls to see how we were doing with the new car. Also, he made sure that after market Bluetooth was installed immediately making us very happy. I will tell others who are in the market for a new car about Kirkland Toyota, and about Kenny. Great representative of your company. more

Toyota of Kirkland 7/3/2011

My husband and I wanted to write a review of the excellent experience we had this past week in buying a RAV4, working with Roger Carr. I cannot say how much we appreciated the fact that he listened so well and made us feel that he cared that we got the best for us as well as doing his best professionally for his company. In fact all the people we encountered were friendly and so helpful that Roger was the star of a very good experience. He is focused and courteous and we highly recommend him to anyone -- and we really like the car, our seventh Toyota. Many thanks, Roger. more

Roger Carr Your The Best Sales Guy!!! 6/26/2011

I just want to take the time to tell Roger Carr how wonderful he was to work with. You made buying our new Prius 5 a painless experience. My family and I were so thankful/lucky we got you to help us make our decision to buy the Prius 5 instead of the Ford Fusion Hybrid or Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. You are patient, pleasant and knowledgable. Never change your personality. We will ask for you the next time we buy our next car. Thank you again! Austing Family more

Great Service ! Thanks Toyota Of Kirkland 6/21/2011

The purpose of my visit for service on December 18th was to approve and provide extended warranty work as needed. Mike was my service consultant; my complaint was noise from the serpentine belt or an accessory associated with the same. Mike had the diagnostic work completed and noted that the water pump was showing signs of failure. The time of day was such that the warranty provider’s office was close and approval would be the next business day. I returned the next business day to complete the approval and work. Mike was very helpful in completing the process of approval and scheduling the work, he also informed me that my car would be due for 90k timing belt service soon and it would be a good time to complete this work in conjunction with the current work to save me hundreds of dollars, If I waited to complete this at a later date. My car service was completed timely and the original noise complaint was gone! It was very gratifying to have Mike, the consultant with me getting the warranty work and the bulk of my 90k service completed at the best possible price! I have many choices as to where I take my Toyota cars for service and I have chosen Toyota of Kirkland due to the friendly service consultants like Mike and the professional service of my car by the technicians. -Randy Doty more

Leasing New Car at Toyota of Kirkland 6/19/2011

I received excellent customer service from Roger Carr at Toyota of Kirkland. I came in, they inspected the car, and gave me my options. He was very professional and friendly and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and did whatever it took to make the deal for me. Tyler, a new salesperson was also great showing me the different options of cars and took me for a test drive. It was a great experience and I want to thank Roger Carr, Tyler, and the rest of the staff of Toyota of Kirkland for their exceptional service. more

Excellent Salesmanship 5/3/2011

Peter Hubris, Lap Nguyen, and Efrem provided excellent service. I visited the dealership four times before I purchased a vehicle. I was welcomed with the same enthusiasm on the 4th trip where I purchased the vehicles as on my first visit. I am impressed with the knowledge and non-pushy salesmanship. My brother in law purchased a car while I was buying mine and my sister bought one too. All new vehicles and all sold by Peter Hubris. He is an asset to Toyota of Kirkland. I've purchased many cars over my lifetime and he truly made it a pleasure. more

Superior Service 3/15/2011

First of all, I am truly amazed at how the situation was handled. While it was stressful and I loved the Jeep, I feel much more safe in the Rav 4. I am incredible thankful that the dealership was accommodating and welling to work with me. I believe in a previous email I mentioned that when I was 15 years old and looking for cars, my mom and I test drove a Rav 4. So, this has truly been a blessing in disguise because nine years later I have my dream car. Tommy has been absolutely phenomenal in assisting us with getting a quality and safe vehicle. Even after the purchase of the Jeep, Tommy came out to get a signature and called to see how I was feeling about the Jeep. Even after the purchase of my Rav 4, Tommy called to make sure everything was running okay. The amount and dedication of this dealership is something to be shared. Everyone at the dealership should be proud of the work they conduct. I did not feel as though I was just ""another person who bought a car,"" but actually an individual. The work ethic and customer service is something that is unheard and I can safely say that I will be a Toyota owner for life. I have also passed the word along to my family and friends. Everyone has been literally ""blown"" away. Thank you for looking at my unique individual situation and continued support. I LOVE the Rav 4...it is perfect and has been the wait. Tommy...thank you for all of your support and help! Thank You, Jamie more

Friendly and welcoming 11/27/2010

You know how it feels to walk into Men's Warehouse or a small business and you are greated with a smile and a hello? I like that and feel most others do too. At Toyot of Kirkland I've brought my Toyota and my mother's Toyota here for service. \r I like servicing here because when I pull up to the service area I am greeted within seconds by someone asking how they can assist me. There have been times when I've had boxes to transport to a loaner (nice perk) and the staff helps me move them. Other times, because they do have a small covered service area they've pulled my Toyota under the cover during rainy days (a few of those here in Seattle you know). \r I suggest asking for Oscar or Doug as I've had excellent experiences with them - though I am sure the rest are nice too, just can't speak on that from personal experience. \r Do be sure to get their early as they have some muffins there that are nice, nothing special, but they can go quickly. more

Worst dealership i have ever seen in my life 8/27/2010

Think 100 times before going to Toyota of kirkland and making any deal. better to go to any other dealer.\r We been there bought a car and after couple of weeks what this dealership did to us in unbelievelabld. They are not properly trained, unprofessiocal , rude and management is good in making stories only. for credit check they came to my company and met the CEO for employment verificat w/o my knowledge. When CEO asked for visting card one of the manager from toyota of kirkland gave him one wine club card, he was actually advertising his wine club too. i was warned by CEO why this kindof stupid people are coming for verification. they can call, or can ask for letter or can check the paystub.\r This dealership is unprofessiocal and untrained, they will ruin ur credit by putting the wrong information.\r So guys be careful,,i would say dont even think to go to Toyota of kirkland dealership or their sisters toyota dealerships in nearby. Buying a car from them means u r asking for trouble, Better to go to infiniti, Nissan, honda etc.\r more

Terrible Service 6/25/2010

We bought a certified Sienna from them last summer which turned out had been in an accident prior to us. The accident casued a leak in the frame, causing the trunk to be soaked in heavy rains. They ""fixed"" it on thier dime and I was completely happy (although dealing with the service department is a hassle, they stepped up). The car has had a damp, mildew smell since and just last weekend we were in a huge rain and once again the back was soaking wet inside. My husband and I were looking at it and noticed that the rear lights are all screwed up (some work and some only part of the time) so we're thinking there are electrical issues due to the water running through it. I called and talked to someone and he said to come in. They don't have loaner cars that fit three car seats so I was told they'd arrange and pay for a rental from Enterprise. I got there this morning for my appointment and they hadn't even called Enterprise, who it turns out didn't have any large cars available. The manager came and told me they do have a larger car but they save it for their ""gold-custormers"" but they'd let me rent it but I had to pay for it. Then he said I'd also have to pay for any work done on it beacause they fixed it before. He pretty much said it's my fault for not being in a huge rain storm and finding the leak sooner, he seriously asked me why I didn't ""find it until just now."" He had no interest in helping me or even helping me figure out how to handle it, he just kept shaking his head and said they'd gladly call the shop that deals with these issues. I don't need help making a phone call, I need help fixing the car they sold me that was clearly not what they said it was. The service manager was the worst I've ever dealt with. more

Desperate and disrespectful 3/30/2010

This used to be a great, upscale, dependable dealership. They used to offer a lot of perks to new car-owners and seemed very trustworthy while providing high quality service.\r \r Let me be clear that this is far far far from the case now. I understand the need to cut back on ""perks"" to customers in this economy, but it's still possible to maintain class and quality customer service.\r \r The last few times I went in for service, I was mercilessly upsold on extra procedures. They mentioned a brake flush one time, which was never mentioned again, and a transmission flush the next. They also claimed that a rock puncture in my tire was irreparable, even though I've had a tear larger than that repaired before, so I had to buy a new one. \r \r For regular service, I noticed them skimping on windshield washer fluid (which they charge me for). I had to remind them several times to fill it with ACTUAL washer fluid instead of just water. I also asked that they wash the car on two separate occasions and they did not. If they can't do those little things, I can only imagine what else they are skimping on. I have since stopped going to them for service since their higher prices were barely justified by those side perks. \r \r Now they can't leave me alone!!!! They are now abusing the privilege of having my contact information to harass me at all levels. They sent me an unauthorized text message (costing me money) and unauthorized email messages forcing me to waste time asking them to stop. This is on top of sending me letters every few weeks begging me to trade in my vehicle, even leaving VOICE messages on my cell phone to the same effect. I wouldn't be surprised if they started showing up at my workplace! One method of communication at a time would have sufficed but they are assaulting me with every bit of information I regrettably gave to them. \r \r By the way, I won't be buying a Toyota again until the Toyoda family is extinct and their cars are safe and dependable again instead of being secret deathtraps. Be honest and responsible about your product's defects instead of causing hundreds of unnecessary casualties. Pros: I don't want to buy Toyotas anymore Cons: nickle and diming, upselling, scummy, basically harasses you more

Overpriced parts 1/1/2010

Can't comment on the sale of actual cars, but when it comes to parts, they mark them up by almost 100%. Bought some wiper blade inserts and other miscelaneous parts and was shocked by the prices. Found the very same parts online for much less (including shipping costs). I would strongly recommend that you shop online rather that go to Toyota of Kirkland for parts. Pros: Courtous staff Cons: Almost 100% markup on parts more

Unusually Good 2/20/2008

First off, I hate buying cars. Every time it has been the same crappy experience, except for the time I bought a car from Toyota of Kirkland.\r \r I give them a perfect score. They were friendly, helpful, yet not the least bit pushy. It almost felt like I was buying a normal product, which was very refreshing.\r \r And the biggest reason I'm writing this review is the way they handled my problem after the sale. There was a big scratch and dent on the driver side door which went up the roof that I completely missed on my first walkaround of the car. I didn't see it until I brought my car home. I called them up and told them what I found and without hesitation he said bring it in tomorrow morning. They checked it out, determined it needed dent removal and paint, gave me a loaner car, and fixed it right up for no charge.\r \r This was a USED car and I thought I was done for when I got home. But they took care of it and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. This dealership obviously cares about repeat business and they'll have mine. Pros: Customer service more
