This used to be a great, upscale, dependable dealership. They used to offer a lot of perks to new car-owners and seemed very trustworthy while providing high quality service.\r

Let me be clear that this is far far far from the case now. I understand the need to cut back on ""perks"" to customers in this economy, but it's still possible to maintain class and quality customer service.\r

The last few times I went in for service, I was mercilessly upsold on extra procedures. They mentioned a brake flush one time, which was never mentioned again, and a transmission flush the next. They also claimed that a rock puncture in my tire was irreparable, even though I've had a tear larger than that repaired before, so I had to buy a new one. \r

For regular service, I noticed them skimping on windshield washer fluid (which they charge me for). I had to remind them several times to fill it with ACTUAL washer fluid instead of just water. I also asked that they wash the car on two separate occasions and they did not. If they can't do those little things, I can only imagine what else they are skimping on. I have since stopped going to them for service since their higher prices were barely justified by those side perks. \r

Now they can't leave me alone!!!! They are now abusing the privilege of having my contact information to harass me at all levels. They sent me an unauthorized text message (costing me money) and unauthorized email messages forcing me to waste time asking them to stop. This is on top of sending me letters every few weeks begging me to trade in my vehicle, even leaving VOICE messages on my cell phone to the same effect. I wouldn't be surprised if they started showing up at my workplace! One method of communication at a time would have sufficed but they are assaulting me with every bit of information I regrettably gave to them. \r

By the way, I won't be buying a Toyota again until the Toyoda family is extinct and their cars are safe and dependable again instead of being secret deathtraps. Be honest and responsible about your product's defects instead of causing hundreds of unnecessary casualties.
Pros: I don't want to buy Toyotas anymore
Cons: nickle and diming, upselling, scummy, basically harasses you
