My husband and I wanted to write a review of the excellent experience we had this past week in buying a RAV4, working with Roger Carr. I cannot say how much we appreciated the fact that he listened so well and made us feel that he cared that we got the best for us as well as doing his best professionally for his company. In fact all the people we encountered were friendly and so helpful that Roger was the star of a very good experience. He is focused and courteous and we highly recommend him to anyone -- and we really like the car, our seventh Toyota. Many thanks, Roger.
