Love our new Flex and had a very positive experience with Vista Ford. Our salesperson, Dylan Nolan, was knowledgeable about the vehicles and forthright. What I liked most was his sincerity, as he seemed honestly interested in us having a good experience, he made sure to follow-up when needed, and didn’t once utter the dreaded “What do I have to do to have you buy a car today?” that we heard at other dealerships.\r \r When it came time to purchase the vehicle, there was the expected negotiations over price and extra packages, but the situation was transparent, with little to no pressure. Signing the contract itself was also a good experience. Our finance guy, Cliff, took plenty of time to walk us through the paperwork and answered every question in an upfront manner. Witnessing his Vegas-proven Rodney Dangerfield impression was also a plus.\r \r Overall, Vista Ford has a “small town” feel: Honest, slow-paced, and family-owned for decades (a point of much pride to them):\r \r Two suggestions for the buyer:\r 1 – When it comes to the purchase and paperwork, budget at least 4-5 hours, find a babysitter, and bring a snack. Their pace and thoroughness is excellent for a purchase of this size, but you'll want to be prepared.\r \r 2 – Research the Ford extended warranty and maintenance plans ahead of time, as it will be a topic that will be brought up in negotiations.\r \r Thanks, Vista Ford! The team at Vista Ford is amazing. My family, that includes 2 kids under 2 years old and a dog, went in late on a Sunday night looking for a 2nd family SUV and left under 2 hours driving away a gorgeous Volvo. Everyone from Avi, our salesman, to the manager to the cashier were incredibly helpful, true to their word and unlike the numerous other dealerships I've experienced with hidden costs and not caring for the owner once the deal is made. Avi, in particular, worked with us through the entire experience and checked up on us even when a service agent took over. Vista Ford is truly a part of the Woodland Hills neighborhood feel. more

I got a Ford Focus from a private party and with in a week I saw ""Check Engine Light"" on the dashboard. I got panic and been to a local auto shop to check on the error code. They gave me estimation for the repair which made me more panic. I thought let me give try with ford dealer and I went to Vista Ford. There I met Ashikali. He checked the error code and he gave me explanation about it and possible cause for the error. He also said it could be minor problem and the part may covered under warranty. He fixed the issue without any cost. Now, it is been a week and I drove 150 miles. I recently bought a truck from Dylan at Vista Ford and I had the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. He took care of all of our needs from beginning till end and even followed up with us after the sale to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I do not like to be pressured into buying a vehicle. I am thinking of purchasing a Ford Flex. Thinking... I wanted to test drive and see if it would be a family vehicle.
