If you want a personal trainer I recommend working with someone outside of your gym membership. The turn over rate here is just plain stupid. As soon as I feel like I can trust a trainer they get fired for the same reason...They actually care about their clients and don't high pressure sale them. The ones that seem like car salesman are the ones that stick around. Service my ass! My LAST trainer from here was down to earth, educated, patient and knew how to push me just enough with my injuries so that I had an awesome workout but didn't make me so sore the next few days that I loathed the idea of my next session. I see people get fired because they pursue an education and have less hours yet they reward people that go away to jail and rehab for a month because they are good at sales. This gym doesn't care about YOU. They care about how much you are willing to invest. My cousin came in on one of their 30 day passes and overheard the sales person talk about how they thought he was a free loader because he didn't sign up for a membership right away. My advise again, join a YMCA, or a place like Kent Commons and be treated like a person rather than a bank account.
