Worst

$28 for a men's haircut isn't a great price to begin with. But this was a ""senior stylist"". Riiiiiight. I had visible gaps in the back of my head. I was not impressed.

I have to write a review for Anna at Visible Changes at the Woodlands Mall. First of all she is one of the sweetest hairstylists I have ever met. She is patient and very professional. I have very curly thick hair and it can be a headache. Anna does an amazing blow out!! I always get many many compliments about my hair after she styles it. Another thing is when she cuts my hair she REALLY LISTENS to what I want. She does an amazing job. I will continue to use her and recommend her. I trust her with my hair and so should you!!l more

I went for a highlight and cut today because I know the prices here are pretty reasonable and I was SEVERELY dissapointed!! The staff was inexperienced. They took phone calls during their appointments. I left their feeling ugly and sad and still paid my normal price. Lesson learned is not to pinch pennies on something as important as my hair, i will not go back! more

Diana - The Creative Director & the Master of Style 4/1/2012

I travel a lot for work and stumbled onto Visible Changes in The Woodland mall in Texas. I sweet talked the front desk appointment woman, and found the star of the Woodlands location. Diana, the Creative Director, is a talented artist with the scissors. The scalp massage before the cut was fantastic and she gave a great stylish cut. Considering the dubious head of hair she started with, I was very impressed. After leaving the studio, I immediately noticed the extra attention I was receiving by passing women. A nice confidence builder that is continuing even after 10 days. The ladies do appreciate a good cut on a man & I am just so disappointed it took so long to find such a talented stylist. I love the extra confidence this cut has given to me. When I am in the Woodlands, and that will definitely be more often now, I will be stopping by for a cut by Diana. BTW, did I mention that Diana is also smoking hot? But I must admit that I am partial to sultry brunettes. more

Claudia knows what she's doing!!! 3/18/2012

I've been having Claudia at visible changes do my hair for about 2-3 years now if not longer. She is absolutely amazing. This past Friday I had gone to someone else because Claudia had no appts on Fri or sat (I waited until last minute to call). Anyway, my cut was terrible, like a partial mullet:( In desperation I called and was able to see Claudia on Sun. Within minutes she brought me back to 2012. She takes her time and is very meticulous when cutting. She is confident but not arrogant, and listens to what you have to say. I highly recommend her and Visible Changes!!!! more

Cyon is the best hairstylist. I have been going to her for years and I recommend her to everyone that I run across. She listens and she gives me any hairstyle that I want and describe. I once went to someone else that messed up my hair really bad and she corrected it to the style that I wanted. She is the best. I love her. She has never let me down or anyone that I have sent her to down. She knows exactly what you want and does it perfectly. She has no problem with getting to know you and making sure you have a wonder experience. I have no problem recommending her to any and everyone. more

I have just recently gone to Cyon for my hair cuts and I have yet to be let down. She knows exactly what you want and does it perfectly! She really makes an effort to get to know you which is awesome. An overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend her! more

Recommend Cyon for the Best Cuts! 2/16/2012

Me and my husband have been using Cyon for over 6 years. We took a chance using Visible Changes when we first moved near The Woodlands,not knowing anyone- and boy we were IMPRESSED! She ALWAYS does a great job and she's not afraid to recommend the best cut for you! She's straight forward and knows exactly what she's doing! I have recommended many people to her and they are VERY satisfied! I hope she NEVER leaves-- don't know what I'd do without her! She keeps us laughing the entire time too-- it's truely a WONDERFUL experience!! more

Have to recommend Cyon! She is wonderful. She truly has a gift for cutting and styling hair plus she gets you in and out quickly. She always makes getting my haircut a fun experience and I feel beautiful afterwards. Definitely the person to have cut and style your hair! more

cyon is AWESOME!!!!!!!she is on point and listens to what you want done,and not to mention she is so personable like she has been one of my closest friends for years.....i referred her to several of my girlfriends and they were all VERY satisfied with her work!!i will always use her and when she isnt available the receptionists try to hook me up with someone else but i always wait until she is available.i DO NOT trust ANYONE with my hair but her!!!love ya boo!!! more

Cyon Hines - Best Hair Cuts & Stylist@ 2/13/2012

I h ave been going to Visible Changes in Houston for years. When I moved to The Woodlands, I walked into Visible Changes without an appointment. I was apprehensive, but could not have been happier with my new Stylist Cyon! (pronounced like the car :) My lucky day to have been introduced to her. I was very happy with the way she cut and styled my hair which is thick and wavy/frizzie. She round brushed my hair perfectly! And cut and shaped it without over cutting. Also, did I mention she is easy to talk to and very upbeat and fun! Love her! You will not be disappointed. Cyon's the best! more

almost like using a time machine that transports you to 1984 12/12/2011

I brought in a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like when they finished with me... What I got was an 80s poodle perm and ""cut"". When everything was said and done, I looked in the mirror and it wasn't even remotely what I asked for. If I had gone in and said, ""I really want an outdated look from the worst part of the eighties to match my mom jeans"" then they really would have been dead on. I was the charged $180 and was sent out being told by all the people that worked there that my hair looked great. My sister, husband, and friends laughed at me to the point of tears, and the next day, I drove to Austin to have my sister's hair stylist fix it. She said it was the worst perm and the craziest cut she had ever seen. They said they will refund my money but I am not allowed to be a ""client"" anymore. Works for me.I wish there was a way to post pictures on the review because it really was awful/amusing (now that it is fixed).... My one year old could have done better if I had given her a pair of scissors and shielded my eyes. more

I was hesitant about getting my hair cut here after some bad reviews and a bad cut i had had in another salon, but i took a chance and booked with suzy. She was great!! i will be going back to see her again. I also got my hair colored. I was not impressed with the colorist herself, but she did a nice job with my hair. more

RACHEL - WONDERFUL - THE WOODLANDS 6/1/2010

I have had long hair for 40 years and have been trying to muster up enough courage to cut it short for the last 20. After seeing the short haircuts that Rachel gave my mom and sister, I went for a consultation. Before and after the visit I watched Rachel cut hair and talk with her clients. During my appointment I discussed everything with her (my current hair frustrations, concerns about a short cut, my hair time/attention tolerances, etc.). Funny enough Rachel suggested that I may not like having short hair. But given what I'd seen and the discusion we had, I knew that if I was to cut my hair, I wanted Rachel to do it. A week later I was back in her chair. I have since (a year ago now) had several fantastic sort haircuts by Rachel. I knew exactly what to expect and how to maintain each cut. I love my hair now.
