Worst

$28 for a men's haircut isn't a great price to begin with. But this was a ""senior stylist"". Riiiiiight. I had visible gaps in the back of my head. I was not impressed.

Never again!!!!This place was horrible!!! I went in with blonde hair and left with purple hair!!! trust me this was never my intention!! the girl that did it ,Jenny, is a twit..she spent the whole time bad mouthing the people she worked with and then did a horrendous job on my hair... not only was the dye job disgusting but when i asked her if she ccoulld cut it as well she told me very rudely that she didnt cut hair, that someone else would do it...which they didnt because i left without paying it was so bad!!! i understand that this is how you make your living which is why ive never left a salon without leaving a tip even to the shampoo girl but this time i did!! Pros: everything!!if i could it would get no stars!! Cons: there arent even any pros!! more

Best hair care place 3/29/2009

I love Quynh. She has done my hair several times now and always does it right. I just went a few weeks ago to get it cut and I love it. Everyone keeps complimenting how great it looks. I enjoy this salon very much. more

Eriela Rocks 3/25/2009

My entire family has been getting our hair cut by Eriela for 10 years now. We have followed her from salon to salon. I would not ever use another stylist!! She makes my children feel special and remembers what is going on in each of their lives. When my youngest son was three he even offered to marry her. We love her, she is just like family to us. I have visited Janeth to get my haircut. She is very professional and really listens to my wants. She make you feel like a million bucks by the time you leave the salon. Overall the salon staff is very friendly! more

AWESOME - Reyes and Eriela 3/21/2009

This is my second time to go to Visible Changes and to use Reyes for my color and Eriela for my cut. I found out about them through the reviews that I read on here, so I decided to use them. I am sooooo glad that I did because they do an absolutely AWESOME Job! They are so easy to talk to and I have a great time with Eriela! She is so much fun and a pleasure to be around, as well as Reyes. But most importantly, my cut and color looks incredible! Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

Eriela is amazing! 3/8/2009

After having my hair totally screwed up at another salon, I called good ol trusty Visible Changes and just happened to get Eriela. She was SO nice! She listened very closely to everything I wanted done (as vague as it was) and even asked me along the way if there was anything I wanted changed. She was very funny and my hair came out looking amazing, I couldn't be happier! more

Eriela and Reyes 3/5/2009

So I visited Eriela for the 3rd time in less than 2 months and have been just as pleased as the first time! She is wonderful and knows exactly what I want. She recommended me to Reyes for color and I have NEVER in 15 years of having my hair colored just absolutely LOVED my color. There was always something I didn't like. I have found my dream team and Ihope they never leave The Woodlands! They both have amazing attitudes and personalities! Thank you guys for my amazing hair cut and color! more

Hace unos meses que conoci a Eriela y estoy encantada con ella. No solo cuida bien mi pelo, sino que ademas es una persona increible, siempre con su sonrisa, con buen humor, y con una actitud muy positiva para todo. Me gusta porque es una estilista que no impone, sino que aconseja y al final eres tu siempre la que decides. Por otro lado es una gran trabajadora y esta practicamente todos los dias de la semana, es una suerte tenerla siempre disponible. Os recomiendo que la conozcais y vosotras mismas juzgareis y quedareis encantadas. more

Well, i used to use quhin. but i didn't like her, she never gave me what i wanted. Pros: everything is great Cons: they were redoing the studio lasnight when i went, and the waiting room could be a little bigger and have more chairs in it so i dont have to lean against the glass wall. more

Best Haircut Ever 2/24/2009

First, I want to say thank you to all of the people who wrote great reviews on Eriela b/c that's what convinced me to see her last week. She is the first stylist that has really listened to what I want and need out of a haircut/style. She offered recommendations and was really lively the entire appointment. I've had the exact same haircut for years and had become really bored with it and now I have a cut I absolutely love. I'm a client for life. Thanks again Eriela! Pros: Eriela is the very best! Cons: Salon is undergoing construction, so it wasn't a very relaxing environment, but Eriela was worth it! more

I have been going to Eriela for about 3 years now. Before seeing her at Visible Changes I had tried several different salons but was never very happy with the results. But Eriela is fabulous and I always leave happy. She is so lively and fun to talk to. I always enjoy my experiences with her. more

At Visible Changes in The Woodlands mall, we are lucky enough to have Eriela! I have gone to her for 3 years now... I go to school in California and am from The Woodlands. Every time I go home for a visit I get my hair cut by Eriela, and it always turns out fabulous. She has cut my hair when it was long, and short. Not only is she an extremely talented hair stylist, but she has a wonderful personality. She cracks me up every single time something comes out of her mouth. Eriela...best hairstylist around 2/6/2009

I have been going to Eriela for about 8 years now for my haircuts and she has also cut everyone else in my family's hair! She is the absolute best. She did my daughter-in-law's hair for her wedding, driving all the way to College Station before dawn so that she would be ready for the noon wedding. And she spent a couple of hours working on my daughter's thick hair creating an absolutely beautiful updo for her wedding last December. My daughter and I won't go to anyone else! She is friendly beyond belief and keeps you laughing throughout the time you are with her. We love her! Pros: service, quality of haircut/style, knowledgeable, entertaining more

Reyes is awesome! 2/2/2009

Reyes is the most wonderful colorist...and I had been to many before finding him! After counseling with Reyes on my initial visit we decided to go with 3 colors. One very close to my natural color, blonde and a very subtle red. I was a little hesitant but he assured me that it would be perfect with my skintone and hairstyle. He was right! People stop me regularly to comment on my hair and ask where I have it done. Two years later I am still getting those same colors and have no plans of changing anytime soon!!!! more

Destiny is a Master Cutter at the Woodlands Visible Changes and she is MY personal sylist. Destiny is an absolutely fantastic stylist and her customer service skills are impecable! You won't EVER go back to your boring old salon after you've sat in her chair. Give them a call you won't be disappointed, I promise! Pros: Personalized service, great attention to your needs... Cons: Be prepared to pay minimum $42 for shampoo + cut + style. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. more

Eriela is WONDERFUL 12/23/2008

I have been going to Visible Changes since I was 13, the first time at Deerbrook. As a walk-in customer Eriela cut my hair. She has a warm and fun personality and after that first cut I have always booked my appointments with her. I have followed Eriela to two other Visible Changes locations at Greenspoint and now The Woodlands where she is a Master Stylist. She has been cutting my hair for ten years now, and is my entire family's choice of stylist. I now live in Wisconsin and still wait for my trips ""home"" to Houston for my haircuts just so I can see Eriela. We have become really close (like family) and I never feel as comfortable with other stylists as I do with her. I highly recommend her she will do a fantastic job.
