VisaHQ is an unprofessional company and their failure to communicate ended up costing me over $1500. I sent them my Passport and all the necessary documents for a visa for Brazil. I've travelled in India and China and am familiar with the visa application process. I received an email the day they received my documents saying that my packet was incomplete. I responded to their email that day with clarifying information. I received an email in response saying ""Great, thanks. We'll let you know if there are any problems."" more

Very Simple And Easy To Use 1/16/2011

Once again, I left things to the last minute. Oh, well, VisaHQ to the rescue! I've been using them for years at work for my journalists, so it wasn't a tough decision to call them up and use them myself. The one thing that I like most is that their website is so easy to use. Top that off with a fee that is realistic and affordable, and you've got a winner. more

Quick and Professional Service! 1/7/2011

After booking a trip to Egypt on a whim, I realized I had very little time to obtain my tourist visa. On the recommendation of a colleague, I contact VisaHQ and was so glad I did. They quickly contact me via email and let me know what documentation they needed and how long it would take to have everything processed. I am usually very hesitant about sharing such personal information with strangers, but the team at VisaHQ was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and secure.
