Welcoming Staff-Reliable- Always Clean 4/9/2014

I was beyond frustrated with my car when I arrived at your location. In less than 30 minutes my tire was fixed and I was on my way home after a very long day at the office. You guys are awesome! more

Everyone at Virginia Tire and Auto are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I missed my scheduled appt., and called when I realized I missed it. They could not have been nicer and rescheduled immediately for the next day. They get a 10 from me!! more

I stopped by without an appointment and they were able to get my car in, diagnose it and fix it all within 4 hours. Great service. They called before they did work to give me the information and price quote. They are happy to explain anything if you don't understand. Fair prices and quality service. more

Very Attentive Service 4/6/2014

Everyone on the front desk with whom I spoke gave me very attentive service. It seemed that they made an extra effort to locate the problem in my vehicle. They even suggested that I leave the car over night to be sure my battery was holding the charge and that I did not end up stranded again. The shuttle driver was very polite and accommodating. Although they did not find anything that may have been the cause of my dead battery, I felt they did make every attempt to do so. more

Customer Focused All the Time!!! 4/6/2014

Took my car in without an appt to check for/re[pair a leak in a tire. Although they were slammed with customers, they took on my work and gave me a fair estimate of the wait I would encounter. When they discovered the tire was unrepairable, they gave me the best possible pricing on two new tires (both were in bad shape and due for replacement anyway) and replacement alignment costs. This was not the fastest I've been in and out of VA Tire & Auto of Gainesville for a tire repair -- but, given the circumstances, they did a fabulous job of taking care of me. more
