Great service and attitude 2/7/2014

Brought our car in for the first time due to a slow tire leak. Very difficult to find but the folks here persisted and completed the repair. Very service-minded, especially friendly and outgoing. Strongly recommend; prices are fair, and who else has hours like theirs! more

as always, good service, fast and clean 2/6/2014

I came in the morning to get an expired headlight replaced. They were quick and precise. I was there waiting a good 35-40 minutes if that. The location is clean, and I was offered tea and or coffee to drink while I waited and I loved the free Wifi where I could be on my tablet. Though a rainy and cold day, they got me in and out fast enough where I could get home and work. Thanks! more

I'm new to the area and was looking for a reliable at inexpensive place to get work done on my car that had just recently hit 200k. When I came across VTA everything about it from the logo to the colors to the sales staff said professional and friendly. "THEY WERE WHO I THOUGH THEY WERE!!" the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They took me in the shop to show me what was going wrong with the car, explained my options, and we went forward. Also they let me use a loaner car while my car was being serviced. good experience over all and ill Defiantly use them again. OH, and the best part about using them is the coupons they offer online.. 50 bucks off is 50 bucks saved more

The representatives at Virginia Tire and Auto were very helpful when I had a flat tire. The cost for replacing the tire was actually cheaper than from the dealer. more

Sunday in a pinch 1/28/2014

My wife’s Explorer would not start on Sunday; I drove my vehicle up to Virginia Tire to purchase a battery. Robbie greeted me by name and with a smile. Robbie found they had a battery in stock and sold it to me. My wife did not miss a minute of work. Thanks Robbie for the world class service. more

a tire with a slow leak 1/27/2014

These guys treat you like they want to be treated! I brought my wifes car in with a slow leak thinking she had picked up a nail. after an hour diagnosis, they concluded the tire was fine, replaced air with nitrogen, and try it to see if that sealed the leak. It did! AND for no charge! They don't charge if they don't find a problem! more

Safety/Emissions 1/25/2014

Have taken my last car here for inspections in the past. No problems and never took to much time. Got a new car and was a little nervous about handing over the keys for its first inspections. Again, didn't take long and took good care of my new car. I'll be back in the future.. more
