Superior Service 3/15/2014

Every time I come into this shop, including this time, I am given a wait time whch they somehow always meet. They let me know what services my vehicle will need, but they don't force them on me like other places are wont to do. I have, on several occasions, taken my vehicle to other places in between visits to this location because of coupons or other so-called deals, but all the other places I have gone to have provided significantly less than superior service which VA tire ends up fixing. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing any routine maitenence to their vehicle. more

Price matched 3/15/2014

I was very happy that they were willing to price match a quote I received from another garage. At the same time I feel that had I not taken my car for a second opinion they would have robbed me of my money. Va tire and auto quoted me 250 more than what I actually ended up paying. Ask for Vincent he will take care of you more

I have been going here for my van's inspection since 2005 and I love that they always have someone there doing just inspections. Makes this process so much easier and less stressful. Even at the end of the month I always get in quickly. Always recommend your business. more

Work completed without appointment. 3/4/2014

I dropped off my car for an oil change and alignment. The alignment was much worse than just aligning the wheels. Had a bent lower control arm. They were able to get the job done without an appointment. more

Almost perfect 3/2/2014

I've been bringing my care in for four years. Love the service however there are little things that could make it a superb experience. Namely, one of my tires was low on air (with indicator light) and even after having my car all day for the shocks and struts, they did fill up my tire. :-( more

The Best Crew in Gville 2/28/2014

Harry and his crew are the best! Cory and Robbie are my favorite front desk personnel! Nice to see the same friendly and knowledgeable people every time I go in there. If they happen to make a human mistake Harry will always make it right. I totally trust them and actually will always have them confirm what the dealer or other shops tells me is wrong. The best shop in town! more
