Great quality and customer service 2/7/2014

We needed a new water pump and timing belt in our vehicle, and we were going on a road trip later in the week. I previously received one estimate from the dealer's service shop, and VA Tire & Auto was able to beat that price and schedule my work for the next day. Combining this price with the schedule, and adding to it the confidence of having AAA-approved service, it was an easy choice to go with VA Tire & Auto. I have great confidence in their work. more

Continued professional culture 2/7/2014

As usual, Virginia Tire & Auto conducted their annual safety and emissions inspection of our vehicle. Inspections completed promptly, professionally, and with safety in mind. In and out within one hour without an appointment. The coupons were a nice touch! more

Keeping my family safe 2/6/2014

My son's car failed its safety inspection - something to do with the steering column. The point is, I want it to fail if the car is not safe. VA Tire & Auto makes sure our family's cars are safe to drive. They gave me an estimate and told me when the car would be ready. I count on these guys to keep me and my family safe on the road. They do. It's why I keep coming back. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks for a great service experience, VA Tire & Auto of Springfield! more

Wheel alignment 2/6/2014

The office staff were fast in helping customers in line to get their cars serviced. A staff member pre-inspected my car and confirmed it needed a wheel alignment. Everything was completed in one hour. Fast. more

The customer service was great and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Even though i waited alarmist two hours to have my oil change. I was disappointed that they did not top my fluids, as stated in the coupon i had. Overall i enjoyed my visit and hopefully I'll get a much better service. more

They were on time, good pricing and informative. Only negatives do not impact the quality of the service. Small waiting area and limited access are the only issues. These guys are very competent. more

In the 15-plus years I have had my cars serviced at this facility (here and at their facility across the street) I have received consistently superior service, and honest assessments of any work needed. Employees are courteous, and the rates are reasonable. Highly recommend! more

Always enjoy going to VaTA is Springfield. Being a long-time local living within a mile of the store, it continues to be a well run and friendly environment to have work done on my cars. I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Bobby makes it happen at Springfield, VaTA. more

Brakes and TPMS 1/29/2014

Wonderful job. Very quick and excellent customer service. The following day the tire went flat after pressure sensor was replaced. They gave us priority and repaired at no cost. The return trip was also very fast. more
