fix their mistakes wihtout charging customer 3/11/2014

routine inspection of tires after oil change missed a screw embedded in a tire in plain sight. A manager, showing me tread depths, saw the screw. Took the car back into the bay and removed the screw, did not charge me because it was their mistake by not noticing the screw in the first place... more

Integrity & Quality of Service 3/9/2014

I had a headlight out and the type of vehicle had 10 different part types for this headlight with prices ranging from $40 - $275. My vehicle was examined and the lower price prevailed. more

Been a while since I've been to this location as I have a new car with included service. I went back for an inspection and was given prompt and friendly service by Bobby and Bill. I always enjoy the coffee and conversation and they are the reason I keep coming back. more

repair of car 3/4/2014

Made an error on the bill and charged me twice for two procedure. They recognized the billing error without my pointing it out. It does require me to return to make the correction to my bill. Not a problem since I forgot to buy gas. more

I have been going to VA Tire and Auto of Springfield for many years because they do a great job with every maintenance or repair that my car has needed. I have always been treated fairly, and I have been charged fair prices without attempts to up-sell additional services. I love this place! more

Knowledgeable Staff and Great Service 3/1/2014

Had answers to all my questions. Provided excellent service especially when installing my custon tire stems. They saved me money by recommending that I not get an alignment that day since the alignment check readings suggested I may not need an alignment. Overall I has a good experience. more
