Battery replacement 12/3/2011

I made a phone call about a bad battery while in route home from Reston, VA and it was replaced in about ten minutes. Quite happy with the repsonse time in service which was in and out a flash with a quality battery. I couldn't be happier and defintely changed my disposition after I had to get a jump to leave work. Also thanks for listing your services in the "Quick Facts" for future reference. more

oil change and "tire wear" concerns 11/29/2011

the oil change was great.....dont quite understand why your mechanic gave us a print out stating "wear on our tires"....etc etc.....the tires were purchased less than a week ago.this causes me concern as a consumer who was looking to give you all our buisness as we were looking for somewhere local..when the sales guy brought this to our attention, he seemed unsure of what to say...not accusing here, like I said we are looking for mutual trust and mechanics we can depend on and recommend...we probably wont come back for this reason...thanks mr colwell more

Loose lugs 11/18/2011

The rear passenger side tire lugs were loose. I heard a noise and the vehicle became erratic. I stopped and found three of the lugs were finger loose and they all required many turns to get them tight. No physical harm was done, but more care should be taken before someone gets hurt. more

Other than initially incorrectly writing up the repair order, the service was great. After pointing out that I had not asked for an oil change, the service advisor corrected the order. I will return for service at the South Riding location. more
