I have been pleased with the pass services visit, but not the one from 10/10/2011. The length of waiting time was to long, the customer service is in the little bad mood, because you have a short hand on the service,and I was dispointed with the price for oil change my coupon $10 is not helping. I will have to think about my next visit. more

Good, quick reliable. Only qualm is check engine light is on and they charge something like $60 to plug in a contraption and then read the code to tell me what is wrong. Should just tell me and then garner the $$ on whatever repair. more

I come to the South Riding Virginia Tire and Auto for over a year now and I keep telling myself this is the last time I come here. I drive for a living and I am driving about 600 to 800 miles a week, so I get my oil changed every 8 weeks paying for a $79.95 Syndic Oil Change every time. Once I leave I alwasys here noises clicking, grinding, vibrations and rubbing. I have to take back my car that day or the next day to have to car relooked at. Each time I get some kind of excuse why this is happening and when I get my car back everything is fixed. I am not sure what is happening, but I am reluctant to go back. Ford is offering me the same package for $49.95 and I think I will take them up on that next time. I just don't want to have the feeling of getting taken advantage of every 8 weeks. more

The gentlemen are helpful,polite, and give accurate information as to the cost and length of time for services. I have always been pleased. more
