Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga

After my local Memphis dealer was unwilling to get even close to an acceptable trade difference (they lost my business twice in two weeks!) I searched for the 2013 VW Passat TDI SEL in the color I was looking for. I submitted a quote request on a Friday night and had a reply on Saturday morning. Amber, the internet contact, quickly turned me over to the sales manager, Greg Pope, who accepted my offer without having seen my trade. I immediately hopped into my trade and made the 300 mile trip to save $1,000 on a very high demand vehicle. I arrived 15 mins before closing and noticed that Greg had the vehicle prepped and waiting by the front door. He assigned his rookie salesman, Jace "Grasshopper" Flatt to finish the paperwork and deliver the car; he did a great job. Greg and his staff stayed late, finishing the transaction in record time...if only every car deal could be this easy! Village VW has earned my loyalty. It was worth the 10 hour drive to give my business to a company that actually wants to sell cars. more

It is a shame that our local VW dealership (Village VW of Chat) is unprofessional. I was there a few weeks ago, and was treated so poorly I went next door and purchased a Nissan. I assume they did not feel like selling a car that day? When I took my VW that I currently own in for repairs, they did such a terrible job when I went to pick up my car, my battery was dead. How does a 3 month old battery die at the dealership? Being very frustrated with this place, I asked the person whom gave me a ride to give me a jump. I will drive to Atlanta or Knoxville to a VW dealership before I ever go back to Village VW. more

best service dept ever, they are vey honest and helpfull more

The sales force was not very honest with us when trying to buy a new jetta. They said we could buy the demo since there were no more available. We found 10 brand new ones within an hour and half radius and found exactly the one we wanted. The service department is good and very friendly and helpul. more

Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga is a nice dealership to work with. We went there when shopping for a new used car and received very good service. Unfortunately, one of the reasons we were looking for a new car was that the a/c on ours had died, and ironically enough, the a/c did not work on the car that we test drove. The sales rep. was very help to us, while not being pushy and was patient as we loaded and unloaded our car seat. The showroom was very neat and clean and it was a pleasant experience shopping there. We did not end up buying a car from them, but I wouldn't have any qualms about going to them again, if we decided we wanted a Volkswagen. more
