Review content:
Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga is a nice dealership to work with. We went there when shopping for a new used car and received very good service. Unfortunately, one of the reasons we were looking for a new car was that the a/c on ours had died, and ironically enough, the a/c did not work on the car that we test drove. The sales rep. was very help to us, while not being pushy and was patient as we loaded and unloaded our car seat. The showroom was very neat and clean and it was a pleasant experience shopping there. We did not end up buying a car from them, but I wouldn't have any qualms about going to them again, if we decided we wanted a Volkswagen.
