Review content:
After my local Memphis dealer was unwilling to get even close to an acceptable trade difference (they lost my business twice in two weeks!) I searched for the 2013 VW Passat TDI SEL in the color I was looking for. I submitted a quote request on a Friday night and had a reply on Saturday morning. Amber, the internet contact, quickly turned me over to the sales manager, Greg Pope, who accepted my offer without having seen my trade. I immediately hopped into my trade and made the 300 mile trip to save $1,000 on a very high demand vehicle. I arrived 15 mins before closing and noticed that Greg had the vehicle prepped and waiting by the front door. He assigned his rookie salesman, Jace "Grasshopper" Flatt to finish the paperwork and deliver the car; he did a great job. Greg and his staff stayed late, finishing the transaction in record time...if only every car deal could be this easy!
Village VW has earned my loyalty. It was worth the 10 hour drive to give my business to a company that actually wants to sell cars.
