During this last rain storm our basement flooded, we called Viking because they are in the neighborhood. The basement was pumped out and cleaned that day. We were considering having work done to the base ment and did a review of viking and I told carl there was a bad review. he called me back and told me he can not make everyone happy but would make it his job to help us and offered to do the work and be paid after it was complete. I started the project that way but was so impressed with the work being performed that we paid as the job went along, and now basement is better than it was before. Thank You more

I hired Carl to gut and rebuild my bathroom. Smooth talker, but doesn't have the knowledge needed to run a project. I had to explain a few things to him about proper plumbing after I noticed it was wrong! Never showed up unless he wanted money. Our tile floor is cracking, shower won't drain right and the pocket door doesn't work. Won't respond to certified letters and the Better Business Bureau determined that there was no good faith effort to resolve my complaint. He now has an ""F"" BBB rating because he's ignoring other complaints as well!! That says it all. And he has the nerve to use pictures of my bathroom for advertising on Facebook! It's all lipstick and no structure. Hiring Carl and Viking Building Group will be nothing but a headache, find another contractor. more

I did work for Carl Clevenger at his home. He now owes me 1600.00 for work completed. I have put a mechanics lien on his house. He is a liar and dishonest. Do not work for him or use him to contract work. He does very poor work as scene on You Tube by another client. more
