Review content:
During this last rain storm our basement flooded, we called Viking because they are in the neighborhood. The basement was pumped out and cleaned that day. We were considering having work done to the base ment and did a review of viking and I told carl there was a bad review. he called me back and told me he can not make everyone happy but would make it his job to help us and offered to do the work and be paid after it was complete. I started the project that way but was so impressed with the work being performed that we paid as the job went along, and now basement is better than it was before. Thank You
