I hired Carl to gut and rebuild my bathroom. Smooth talker, but doesn't have the knowledge needed to run a project. I had to explain a few things to him about proper plumbing after I noticed it was wrong! Never showed up unless he wanted money. Our tile floor is cracking, shower won't drain right and the pocket door doesn't work. Won't respond to certified letters and the Better Business Bureau determined that there was no good faith effort to resolve my complaint. He now has an ""F"" BBB rating because he's ignoring other complaints as well!! That says it all. And he has the nerve to use pictures of my bathroom for advertising on Facebook! It's all lipstick and no structure. Hiring Carl and Viking Building Group will be nothing but a headache, find another contractor.
