View Point Windows installed three new windows and fixed the glide on our sliding door. It was our first time using them, and we got their name from the window manufacturer. They were very punctual and very professional in the way they got the job done. They cleaned the glass as they put it up, and they cleaned up after the work was done. They did the job properly, and then they left. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the job they did! I would highly recommend them anybody! more

I needed a replacement part for a window screen which was small and insignificant relative to the effort that was needed to track it down. The receptionist, Laurie, was very patient with me, followed through with the manufacturer, kept me informed and was able to find the part which I was not charged for. This is a level of courtesy, professionalism and due diligence that is much appreciated in today's world. Kudos to Laurie and Viewpoint. I recommend them highly. more

Tyler, Dean, Luke, and Glen all went out of their way to take care of multiple warrantied or defective windows in 8 separate commercial and residential units. It is important to note that the guys at View Point Windows did not install the original windows approximately 7 years ago, and when several windows started to fail, we went to the original installer. The original window installer was unwilling to help us with our warranty work. But after contacting Sierra Pacific Windows, they put me in touch with the exceptional team at View Point Windows. Tyler put great effort into tracking down and deciphering our original paperwork from the original installer. Tyler went out of his way to stay in contact with us, and he has continued to set up multiple appointments in a timely fashion to address old and new window warranty issues- which is not an easy task, since we are located several hours away from their office and there are 8 separate unit owners to work around! Dale, Luke, and Glen have done a great job doing the actual repairs on the windows. These guys have great respect for the different units they are working in and the multiple owners they are working with. The quality of their work is great too. They always go the extra step to fix a problem, and they clean up after their own work too. Plus they are nice and cheery guys to have around as well! In the future, I will go out of my way to work with View Point Windows for other projects, since they have done such a extraordinary job helping rectify window warranty issues this time around. I found a glass shower done by View Point online that I wanted to build in my home. We do not live in the area but Jay from View Point took the time to answer a few questions I had. I only wished we lived in View Point's service area so we could have them do the entire job. more

I had a defective door mechanism at my vacation condo and visited several dealers and lumber yards trying to find a fix. Eventually, I was referred to View Point. The people at View Point were easy to work with, very helpful and most importantly absolutely solved my problem! View Point Windows put a patio door in my ninety-six-year-old mother's house. Michael and his helper were absolutely awesome. They got everything in exactly right. The trim looks wonderful. They removed the stickers and cleaned the glass. They showed my mother how to operate the doors. I called the next day and told them it was absolutely great. more

This is the first time I've ever replaced windows in a house and I was really impressed with the quality of the windows themselves. They're extremely quiet. I live on a busy street with a lot of noise and we immediately noticed a decrease in the noise. Also, we noticed how efficient the windows are because the inside of our house is a lot cooler and it's been really hot. Our salesman Tyler was very informative and explained the process of the whole window installation. The installers did a really great job. They got it done quickly and were able to just match all of our window trim. more

First of all, we are SO pleased with the windows themselves. View Point Windows gave us really high quality product. We were also very happy with the service! They sent three men up here, and they had really big and heavy windows to install. If they didn't get it just perfect the first time, they'd take it out and do it again until it was all exactly how we wanted it. It's so much cooler in our house this summer! Tyler also recommended that we get rid of the windows with the panes in them and put in picture windows, as we have a nice view here. We cannot believe what a difference it makes. Just lovely. I am recommending View Point to anyone who asks, and we plan to get more windows from them next summer! more
