Tyler, Dean, Luke, and Glen all went out of their way to take care of multiple warrantied or defective windows in 8 separate commercial and residential units. It is important to note that the guys at View Point Windows did not install the original windows approximately 7 years ago, and when several windows started to fail, we went to the original installer. The original window installer was unwilling to help us with our warranty work. But after contacting Sierra Pacific Windows, they put me in touch with the exceptional team at View Point Windows. Tyler put great effort into tracking down and deciphering our original paperwork from the original installer. Tyler went out of his way to stay in contact with us, and he has continued to set up multiple appointments in a timely fashion to address old and new window warranty issues- which is not an easy task, since we are located several hours away from their office and there are 8 separate unit owners to work around! Dale, Luke, and Glen have done a great job doing the actual repairs on the windows. These guys have great respect for the different units they are working in and the multiple owners they are working with. The quality of their work is great too. They always go the extra step to fix a problem, and they clean up after their own work too. Plus they are nice and cheery guys to have around as well! In the future, I will go out of my way to work with View Point Windows for other projects, since they have done such a extraordinary job helping rectify window warranty issues this time around. Thanks guys!
