I brought my glasses in there to be repaired. They told me no problem, copme back in two hours, they needed to solder it. Came back in three hours, nothing done. Asked me to come in the following Monday. I came in Wed (giving some extra time just in case) and had nothing done. Had to come back the next week. Picked them up, and they look very different, didnt replace the spring, could see the glue. But I didnt complain, they said theyde be good, and I wasnt going to bother about superficial things. And they did give me half off, I assume, because I had to come back twice, and they guy it looks like spends only 5 minutes on such repairs (I watched him on the phone fixing someone elses while I waited-phone at his ear the whole time). Within a week, they broke. I look down at them, seeing by the way, only glue and no solder. I go straight away to the store. The woman shrugs, and tells me they are old glasses (maybe 2 years old) and so what. She concedes to give me my money as I continue to complain, with no interest in what I have to say. I would never go back there or recommend anyone else does. more

I read all the positive reviews on this site and decided to go here for an eye exam, contacts, and glasses. I really am not sure where all the positive reviews came from because the service I received here was *absolutely* terrible. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited for 50 minutes before I was seen by the optometrist. When I was finally called in, the doctor was so prickly and so rude that I honestly considered just leaving in the middle of the exam. The doctor had a very thick accent, and when I asked her to repeat herself once or twice so I could be clear about the information she was giving me she became impatient and proceeded to shout at me as if I were a child. Literally shouting, "BETTER or NO?" Once or twice she banged my head against the overhead eye-examining machine as she tried to force my head into the right position, she asked me once to read the chart with both eyes blacked out by the machine and when I read a wrong letter on the chart she would correct me impatiently, as if I should've known better. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Towards the end of the exam she mentioned that she was tired and had had a rough day, then she went on to explain to me that her older patients were very hard to deal with and that they put her in a bad mood because they don't understand her diagnostic process. I had a WONDERFUL experience at this amazing little boutique. The selection of frames is very extensive, and the prices are utterly reasonable. The staff are patient and attentive, they will work with you for hours just to get the perfect fit. I found the coolest Prada frames ever and I did not spent insane amount of money. more

I went to buy some prescription sunglasses the other day and was very surprised by the great selection this place had! Not only were the doctors great, but they also had the coolest eyeglasses I've seen in a while.
