I brought my glasses in there to be repaired. They told me no problem, copme back in two hours, they needed to solder it. Came back in three hours, nothing done. Asked me to come in the following Monday. I came in Wed (giving some extra time just in case) and had nothing done. Had to come back the next week. Picked them up, and they look very different, didnt replace the spring, could see the glue. But I didnt complain, they said theyde be good, and I wasnt going to bother about superficial things. And they did give me half off, I assume, because I had to come back twice, and they guy it looks like spends only 5 minutes on such repairs (I watched him on the phone fixing someone elses while I waited-phone at his ear the whole time). Within a week, they broke. I look down at them, seeing by the way, only glue and no solder. I go straight away to the store. The woman shrugs, and tells me they are old glasses (maybe 2 years old) and so what. She concedes to give me my money as I continue to complain, with no interest in what I have to say. I would never go back there or recommend anyone else does.
