Love Victory Chevrolet...the most wonderful people that I have ever met or dealt with when looking for trading a vehicle in all of Gaston County. I could not believe the warm and welcoming treatment that we got....I truly felt like a queen for a day...everyone spoke to us...offered refreshments...I will never shop at another Chevrolet location other than Victory...they deserve our money and will get our business everytime. Above and beyond 4/6/2011

I would like to take a minute to express my thanks to Victory Chevrolet. Approximately one year ago I purchased a new 2010 Silverado pickup truck. I was very satisfied with the sales team and everyone was very nice and accommodating in helping me get my new vehicle. Approximately 4 months after receiving my new truck, I noticed a very light “roaring” noise which sounded like a tire wearing bad. For the next few days I monitored the noise to see if it was getting better or worse. The noise was intermittent and I could not really figure out a pattern to the noise. The noise was more of a nuisance to me and I didn’t feel that it was anything “hurting” my truck, however, I wanted to address my concern with the dealership to ensure everything was alright. I must be honest, prior to addressing the issue, I told myself that it would probably be hard to get the dealership to do anything about it. The noise was hard to hear at times and I made the comment to my wife that it would probably be hard for any issues to be covered under the warranty. I stopped by the dealership one day after work to address the issue. Mike and Kathy pleasantly listened to my concern and Mike was eager to try to hear the noise that I was describing. We rode around trying to replicate the noise and unsurprisingly the noise was not there. Quite frankly I felt foolish but Mike told me that he believed me and asked me to come back in a couple of days to listen again. I did so and this time we could hear the noise. Because of Mike and Kathy’s persistent attempts of finding the source of my problem, I had my truck serviced under warranty. Victory Chevrolet went above and beyond my wishes and found a bearing issue in the transfer case. My truck was repaired in a timely matter and I was provided a loaner vehicle to commute back and forth to work while the repairs were made. I figured it would be like “pulling teeth” trying to get anything done but Mike and Kathy made things simple for me. Because of this I plan to always do business with Victory Chevrolet and recommend their services to everyone! more

Got me in on short notice 3/18/2011

My Caddy's check engine light came. I was going to be in the Mt Holly area. I called and the service manager, got me in on short notice. They fixed my car quickly. It was a nice convenience to find that although small, the customer waiting area had wi-fi so I was able to get some work done while I waited. I highly recommend this dealership for service. more

I purchased a Mazda late Oct 2009. The salesman told me the car had new tires. My mistake was trusting him. I did have a friend with me who heard this conversation. In March went for an oil change and was told I need new tires. Told them no way I just bought this car and the salesman said the tires were new. After showing the tires to someone else was told they were factory tires which meant they were 2 years old. As for this big inspection that the car was supposedly had just been through when purchased somehow someway they missed the car also would soon be needing brakes. I would never send anyone to this dealership. I just wish they had been willing to right their wrong with the tires. I never received a call back. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Dishonest salesman, no effort to right the wrong more

We had been there to look at a specific vehicle, liked one and discussed numbers. Ended up not being able to negotiate and walked away with everything being fine. They called us back in with a better deal and when we got there they confirmed that deal. Ready to buy -they got us behind a closed door with someone else to sign and the deal was different. The guy was telling us it was still a good deal and to just sign even though it wasn't what they said. They either don't have it together or tried to sucker me into signing something. Either way I'll never attempt to do business there again. Pros: nice people Cons: they got tricks more

Never traded a car this way ... 2/19/2007

My husband & I traded in a car for a truck on a Sat.. 2 weeks past since we made the deal with Victory Chev, thinking the truck is ours,we purchased a few things for the truck.My husband received a call on a Monday wk ago ,we were not financed, needed to return the truck.He went to the dealership after work, but they did NOT have our car but promised it would be there the next day.The car was NOT there the next day, or the next. Victory Chevrolet had already transfered tags from our car to the truck & my husband signed a finance agreement, that is the only papers we received.I started getting calls from the finance company where our car was financed because Victory had not paid off the loan, 3 weeks had gone by. Then on this Monday they took the truck from my husbands work,did NOT bring him our car, plus they took his personal belongings that were in the truck.My husband had to call them to get them to return our car,he still did not receive his belongings.I had contacted my insurance company on Friday to see if the insurance had been changed, she called,they told her it was financed & they would call her back with all the details.I feel this dealership has a scam going on, where they get you to think you have purchased a vehicle,& they wait for at least 2 1/2 weeks so they get commission off of the sale, then say it could Not be financed.I wonder how many commissions they get off of 1 vehicle, how many customers they have treated so rudely in the past? I have reported them to the Federal trade commission, Attorney General's Office & I have also filed complaints with BBB.I strongly encourage anyone to do the same if you have been treated this way by this company. What ever happened to good customer service? I could understand if this had happened a few days to a week after the deal but not 3 weeks. There is something very strange & very wrong with this picture. What happened to consumer rights? Do we really have any? The worst experience ever! BEWARE!! Cons: Not much parking for customers. Took salesman at least 30 minutes or more to acknowledge you! Should have followed my instincts and left!!! more
