This place is a joke- Never showed to pick up car, never called for there 5 hour window. \r \r Very unprofessional, very rude on the phone. Employee- Jessica must really hate her life. She calls my home with the worst attitude, because of her company's bad customer service,\r \r Called management (rose) shes claims since it snowed here in Chicago today, they are not capable of picking up a telephone to tell there customers they are not going to show up.\r \r What a manager?!?! I will never call this place again, not only did i miss an entire day of work due to this 5 hour window. But the car is still here!!!! \r \r WHAT A JOKE- STAY AWAY- WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- Jessica needs a new JOB more

Cars are line up via Make . Easy to find cars. Fresh cars put in daily. cars not really picked over (lot of parts left on the cars) more

I got great parts there when vehicles are not already stripped down, also at awesome prices. It's a trial and error. You'll save a lot of $$$ than buying from dealer. Pros: Great used parts when available Cons: Employees are rude... more

you people need to remember that. its their job! they do what their bosses tell them to. they are nice people. in fact. i went in there my mom... they didnt try and take advantage of us cuz we were girls. i got i nice used tire. for 20 bucks. and they got it off for us. no charge. and yea its muddy! its a F**king junk yard! they cant stop the rain and all the people walkin. they are just human... u know ur going to a junk yard! wear clothes that u dont give a sh*t about. what are all ur problems. Pros: they are nice people. they do what they are told to do.! Cons: it is muddy. more

Pros: always different cars there Cons: no price break on multiple parts, lack of customer care, incorrect pricing, really dirty after even a small amount of rain more

VICTORY'S POOR PREFORMANCE 10/23/2008

I phoned Victory giving my part info, model, model year,etc. I was told ""no problem"" come in. After a 45 minute drive, I went arrived at Victory and was told there was no car within 10 years of mine. Cons: Don't have what they say they have more

Victory - helpful asy place to find inexpensive oem parts... 5/23/2008

Victory does a fine job, both at buying cars (I've sold them 2) and for selling parts. True the yard is muddy. It is a pick your part junk yard. For those too squeemissh to get their hands / feet dirty, a few extra bucks & they will pull the car to the garage area up front & pull the part for you. Very helpful, good prices. We get what we give... Walk in with an attitude & get very little - walk in with a positive attitude & cash & they are willing to help - if asked... Pros: Thumbs up to the drivers they are very helpful as well as the office guys for stock numbers of cars I'm looking for... Cons: Mud. more

The people at Victory are not rude, they'll tell you straight out. It is dirty but then again it's a junk yard. If you want to learn to do it yourself, save money and go to Victory. Pros: Save $$$ Cons: Dirty, muddy more
