This place is a joke- Never showed to pick up car, never called for there 5 hour window. \r

Very unprofessional, very rude on the phone. Employee- Jessica must really hate her life. She calls my home with the worst attitude, because of her company's bad customer service,\r

Called management (rose) shes claims since it snowed here in Chicago today, they are not capable of picking up a telephone to tell there customers they are not going to show up.\r

What a manager?!?! I will never call this place again, not only did i miss an entire day of work due to this 5 hour window. But the car is still here!!!! \r
