Vehicle Alignment 3/13/2014

Was disappointed in customer service received. I called & told lady that I needed my tires rotated (which I purchased there) & that I needed a "Front End Alignment". I asked for cost & was told $65.00. When I got there I again inquired as to cost & said I just wanted front aligned. When I got the bill it was $83.00. When I asked why, I was told that they couldn't do just a front-end alignment since it was a 4-wheel drive car. I asked why I was not told that prior to them doing the work. The lady could not give me an explanation. Being a woman & not a mechanic, I feel that they should have been honest with me & said something. The problem seemed to be that the receptionist did not converse with the shop people as to what I asked for so they could have explained to me instead of waiting until the bill was presented so I would have had the option to not have the service done. more

We had a great experience today - the staff is happy to listen to concerns and explain issues to me which is a comfort to me when dealing with my vehilcle. This is a new shop for us so each time we go and have a good experience we gain confidence. more

I appreciate the hard work of keeping my car maintained. However, I was disappointed to find that my car was not locked up as requested when I picked it up after hours. Key and paperwork left under driver floor mat which meant the door couldn't be locked. Should have been left under the passenger side so driver side could be locked with key and then passenger with the door lock. Otherwise, I have been pretty happy. more

Owners and Employees Listen to the Customer's Concerns! 1/16/2014

Rated 4 rather than 5 because unable to determine cause of difficult problem. I appreciate being able to talk directly to the mechanic. Large companies have to many layers that insulate the customer from the doer, which adds cost for glitz -- not value added. I'll be back for regular service! Hopefully we will eventually solve my battery problem. Bob Horvath more

Friendly & fast 12/26/2013

I called first thing in the morning to make an appt to get my oil changed. They don't make appts. It is first come, first serve. I got there about 9:30 and it looked crowded. It really only took about an hour. Mandy was very friendly. She made us feel right at home. more

GOOD QUALITY WORK 12/24/2013

Only thing I could possibly ask for improvement would be more status reports on long drawn out jobs like this last one. You can't control when the parts will get to you, but it would help my planning. Other than that, I couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks for all the effort that you make for me and I am sure for all customers. Merry Christmas more
