Review content:
Rated 4 rather than 5 because unable to determine cause of difficult problem. I appreciate being able to talk directly to the mechanic. Large companies have to many layers that insulate the customer from the doer, which adds cost for glitz -- not value added. I'll be back for regular service! Hopefully we will eventually solve my battery problem. Bob Horvath
