Made an order on 1/18/22. Was for a birthday gift. Never arrived. When notified them a month later, was told by Sharon that the item was back ordered, would arrive by 2/19, and then sent by 2/21. A tracking number would be provided. Never received it. Now, have notified Sharon twice, but no response. Will be asking for a refund as does not appear they can hold up to their end even two months later. This will not be a company using ever again. more

WORST SERVICE 3/22/2019

Placed on order around Thanksgiving 2018 and as of March 22, 2019, the ring still has not arrived. Their excuse was that a tool broke and they had to remake it. This company has no concept of customer service and Sharon, the order desk clerk, is completely useless. Never did they reach out to offer any updates. Don't buy from this company. They are not dependable. more

Ordered my Jacket MA- 1 "Bravo " Jacket March 23rd ,2018. They accepted my full payment in 30 seconds. Have E-mailed twice for a Status report no Answer. Hasn't shipped as of May 03rd,2018 Will be notifying Veterans Organizations to notify Membership to be skeptical of this company. Apparently I have lost $188.95 Order # 13338 ? Talked to Customer Service twice (Supply Problems) more

Poor Quality Ring 1/23/2016

Bought a ring Mar 2015. Color chips fell out. Sent it back and rec'd new ring with tacky engraving; color chip fell out and center stone w/eagle fell off. Sent it back. Got new one. Engraving so poor it's illegible and color chip fell out. I give up. Go buy somewhere else. Vet magazines should stop accepting vet com ads. more
